Upon arriving after a long drive in the car, all the front desk employees were super kind and helpful. Hot breakfast and coffee every morning. Outdoor patio outside the pool room and outside the breakfast area with mountain backdrop made it very enjoyable.

Outdoor patio furniture needs to be updated, very wobbly, uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay. i had 6 of my grandchildren visiting, and they had a wonderful time swimming. The breakfast was wonderful. Isabella was very nice and helpful. The cleaning ladies were nice I'm giving you 5 stars because of Isabella the receptionist friendliness . We will be back.

I loved the location and the view of the mountains. We’ve stayed before and that’s a main reason we came back. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub.

Room overall was clean on surface level, but every ledge or window seal had not been dusted in a long time causing nasty build up. Even dead bugs in the window seal. Also found a used bottle of lube in the night stand by the bed. As far as the pool goes there we’re kids in the hotel that would hit the emergency shut off to the hot tub every time they were down there which causes the hot tub to turn off and thus not being hot. Was not the staff’s fault, but still made the experience a little less enjoyable. Also had to go to another floor to find an ice machine which was inconvenient.

Hotel was everything I expected. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was well stocked. Indoor pool and hot tub wasn’t crowded and we had a pleasant experience. Thought because we had a room near the pool and outside patio it would be loud but we didn’t hear anything, ever.

That was a great place to stay. Had a great breakfast and the hot tub was warm

Wish the place was a little bit more cleaner in common areas and would like the pool to be less gritty at the bottom.

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of hot menu items - omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes etc. Food was fresh and good. There was also a nice quiet spacious seating area with a nice view. Room was clean and beds were soft and comfortable. I was on the main floor and didn’t have any problems with noise even though I was close to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower head could have had a little more pressure.

Every staff member was very friendly. The desk clerk that ckd us in went above and beyond to provide us with the room of choice. Breakfast was so good. Building smelt and was very clean!

The ONLY thing I would suggest is a chair or 2 in the laundry room. I stood in there waiting for my clothes to wash/dry. Other than that minor thing EVERYTHING ELSE WAS TOP NOTCH!

The room and bathroom are clean as a whistle. Breakfast was scrumptious and well diversified. A hiking trail nearby serves as a backup fitness center for those enjoying walking. I’d give it 20 stars if I could.

Great location, the front desk person on the first night was amazing. I am so sorry but I am not good with names. Room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was great. A lot if good higher protein options.
