It was a nice place for my dogs because you could go out any door and there was grass for them to do their business. Breakfast was ok and nice to have a place to get coffee in the morning. All the common areas were clean, the staff was very nice. The room was just as expected, it was nice to have a full size frig in the room, along with the microwave and cooktop.

People living in the parking lot out of cars and campers, made me feel uncomfortable. I had a person approach me and it seemed suspicious. He got out of one car and then when my dog went off and alerted me he walked way around and got into another car in the parking lot. If I did not have my dog I think I could have been a victim of a crime.

Loved the staff! OSCAR was incredibly friendly and offered some great ideas of places we mighy like. The location and ease of the entrance made our stay easy to move around the area.

The bed was a smidge on the harder side than what we are accustomed, but it worked because we were tired at the end of each day. The parking lot was my worst enemy as I slipped amd fell because of a pile of sand/small pebbles. I am minus some skin and know the location of the nearest Walgreens for large bandaids and tweezers to remove sand particles from my knee and toes.

Front desk was super nice and welcoming, esp Nevhtali and Danielle. We didn't use the kitchenette. Nice modern bath and shower. Be sure to ask for shampoo, dishes, coffeemaker, hairdryer, etc at the front desk as they're not in the room. As we were told, linens and towels just once a week. Close to our conference at the Marriott and easy hiway access. Lots of restaurants a short drive away.

We missed not having a hot breakfast included, just coffee and muffins.There was some noise above us late at night, and they do allow pets, so expect a little barking.

We left Days Inn in Colorado Springs due to dirtyness broken furniture appliance dirty grimy curtains carpet floors sinks hairdryer ripped from the wall holes in the wall broken sliding door handle no lock bad area. Door was been held closed by 2 sticks, no phone in the room, patio door couldnt close all the way it had air gaps you could feel and here the wind and noise coming thru But here at Extended Stay America suites it was like heaven people so nice everything clean and working safe area food was great too. Good location.

There was nothing I didnt like here

I really like the location to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. It took us 20 minutes to visit those places. There are many restaurants nearby. At night it was very quiet.

I did not like the fact I can hear my neighbors talking or walking since I was on the first floor. I like to sleep late but definitely could not do that. The walls are too thin. The sink in the bathroom was broken and outdated.

Front desk people were very polite, it was well equipped with kitchen necessities being it has a 2 burner stove, microwave and refrigerator. Bathrooms were bigger than normal and a good location.

Their "breakfast" left a little too be desired but it wasn't horrible.

The room was very big, and nice and clean

Our room was next to the trash room, and it did have a bit of a stale smell to it. It would be nice if there was the coffee maker in the room instead of having to go back down to the front desk to get one.

I didn't do breakfast because I had mine but I was told it was muffin and oath. I believe it's ok

The staff, environment, and the room

The staff was extremely nice and friendly. Their was confusion over my Booking.com purchase so this website should tell us to mention we booked here to staff. I was there for a funeral and staff was accommodating & kind. Thank you all!!!!

Everything is always clean, friendly and firm staff, I like the noon check in . I don't feel like I waste money here. Their very worth it.
