Although the hotel has a dated feel, it is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully partitioned, though the bathrooms are noticeably smaller. Having a sink and microwave was a convenient addition. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and the complimentary drinks at happy hour were a great touch. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the large seating area provided plenty of space to relax. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few inconveniences—the bath plug was missing, which made bathing our one-year-old difficult, and the heating/AC wasn’t working on the first night, leaving the room freezing. Fortunately, maintenance responded quickly for both situations, though the temperature then became uncomfortably warm.

The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options. Rooms were nice and clean. LOVED the well stocked coffee bar inside our suite.

The evening front desk people could be more helpful... we called down twice. Once for extra linens for the pull out bed. We got towels instead of linens ( 45 minutes after we called). Second time we called for extra coffee and creamers. Hours later we had never received them. Had to go personally to the front desk to ask again. Other than these two mi or situations, everything was lovely! My family was super impressed!

Loved the atrium and the breakfast. The hotel layout makes it very social and pleasant to get around. The large number of elevators is very nice. The rooms were clean and functional and the staff was very friendly.

Unfortunately the room we booked wasn't the room we got. The hotel overbooked and we had to settle for something different. Not a huge deal, we understand. The staff did a great job of making it as good as can be.

We enjoyed the 2 free adult drinks in the bar between 6 to 7:30. The interior atrium area is nice. The suite was nice, especially having a door between the bedroom and "living room." Many so-called suites only have a partition and no door. The pool and hot tub were larger than most hotel pools. The breakfast was great, especially the made to order omelets. The price was very reasonable ($130) for two grandparents and two granddaughters, considering the price included breakfast for 4 and 4 free drinks.

The bathroom was too small but not a big deal for us.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Every single person was warm and pleasant. I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere where everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there. The food was great! We had breakfast daily which was better than most diners. We also had dinner one night at the par and the pizza was very good.

It was extremely windy so the sliding door was bowing and a lot of air was coming in and whistling. We called the front desk and they came up and taped the seals up immediately which did help. The temperature did not seem to regulate very well in our room but that could have been from the door issue. It is a bit outdated but they do keep it clean. Overall, we had a great stay and the kids loved it.

Really enjoy the space the rooms offer. The front desk people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the guys at the omelette station were exceptionally friendly and happy! Good location close to Garden of the Gods and Flying W Ranch.

Wish they had the complimentary happy hour either earlier or later and not during dinner hour but that is me being picky!

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable 😌 The food and complimentary drinks from the in home restaurant/ bar were very tasty and effective. The 4th floor mountain view King suite upgrade for signing up was amazing. The front desk staff (morning and evening) we very down to earth and understanding.

Only a couple things were overlooked that we noticed when it came to cleanliness.

Breakfast was very good. They made me scrambled eggs upon request. Very tasty. Most hotels have “prefab” foods for breakfast.

No fault to the hotel but it would have been no ce to have the dining room open for dinner. We understand the problem of obtaining and keeping a waitstaff. However the staff that waited on us and were available to help was fantastic!!

The breakfast was terrific and it was an added bonus to get 2 free drinks per person in the evenings! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! We also had dinner one evening and the food was delicious!

The toilets were very low to the ground and we couldn’t find a way to plug the bathtub for a bath.

The lack of enforcement on the charger for EV. Seemed like people without EVs were parking and blocking the use of the charger.
