Staff was courteous. Room clean and quiet. Price was better than most in the area. Right next to the best route for access to northeaster Colorado Springs and if we'd wished the airport.

The mattresses were worn to the point that if I didn't lie in the middle of the bed, when I moved I had to wake enough to catch myself so I wouldn't roll off the bed. Breakfast room existed but only served coffee. There are no restaurants nearby.

Bob, the owner/manager is the BEST. He's extremely friendly, he makes you feel right at home. Every time I have stayed at this hotel, my room has been spotless 😊. The bathroom facilities and especially the BATHTUB 🛀 are om great condition and spanking clean. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool and hot tub are amazing too. The only downside is Bob does not provide any type of breakfast 😒 .

Very clean, staff were welcoming the second I got here they told me about the pool and jacuzzi so I felt very welcome to use it, the rooms got cleaned with fresh towels for the next day and the location was only 25min from the Manitou Incline

Little hard to find location first time in. Ac/heat unit worked but hard to set needs upgraded

I like Bob , the owner ( I'm pretty sure ) very much , he is an awesome person! You have your privacy, they don't bother you . I'll definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

The housekeepers waiting for you to leave an hour to an hour and a half before checkout .

The hotel was super clean compared to a different one I stayed! It smelled great the beds were comfortable and everything worked i don't have any complains other than

The lady at the front desk looks super stressed and answers you really rudely even if you're being nice until you share a few words with her

I love the location. I was happy that coffee was always available. I'm a big coffee drinker.

No breakfast!! Bring it back breakfast in some form!!! Hot/cold cereal juice.

Never any pool towels and front desk didn’t have room towels to swap after we didn’t have our room made up one day.
