The room and the bed were comfortable. We had a short stay as we were catching our flight very early in the morning. Coffee, snacks and fruits were available at any time.

Nobody was picking up the phone when we called for our hotel transfer from the airport. It took 45 minutes before anyone answered the phone despite our advice the day before regarding our expected time of arrival. This was frustrating. We called the numbers listed at booking.com and those published in the hotel website yet no one was picking up our call. The hotel's customer service line was terrible.

Breakfast was average for motels. Front desk clerk wasn’t at desk. After hearing her talking on the phone in the back for about 5 minutes I finally tried calling out to her, after another minute she came out. I observed afterwards that rarely was anyone at the front desk. Also my wi fi didn’t work after putting my my name and room number in to log on. Was going to call desk for help but no front desk button or number to call desk on phone. Phone not in good shape. The room was in good shape and clean.

Location was great as we had an early flight in the morning. Appreciated the free shuttle. Also appreciated being able to park our car there while we were traveling. Breakfast was better than I anticipated - very tasty.

I received confirmation a shuttle was available and we could leave our car - didn't find out about the fee for leaving the car until we checked out. It wasn't a terrible thing - just unexpected.

Room was clean. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. And the breakfast has plenty of choice.

The parking lot was under construction when we arrived and we needed to park our car on the street. The next morning the car parking lot entrance was closed without notice / directions on how to drive to the lobby entrance, so we ended up having to park in the neighbor parking lot and walked over with our luggage. If there were clearer instructions on how to drive around the parking lot that was under maintenance, we would be much appreciated.

The staff was great to work with, and the breakfast time was great for our stay with our size of family.

Even though it was a 4 day stay, our room didnt get the trash cans emptied daily while we were out. Its not to much of a deal breaker for me but that would have made the stay more relaxing.

We really appreciated the friendly & helpful staff. The continental breakfast was healthy, nutritious and satisfying. The hot tub was amazingly relaxing.

The swimming pool should have been heated. The temperature outside was freezing.

I like the comforting feeling of the bed. It was like you are sleeping on the clouds. I also like the spacious area which is quiet and peaceful that is away from the downtown noisiest places.

It was really hard to not to like anything; from staff to rooms to breakfast was so amazing.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was great and gave recommendations of places to go and were very friendly. I loved the location.

No microwave in the room. There was hangers for clothes but no drawers for all of our clothes, we had 4 of of us and kept our clothes in the suitcase.

a couple lights in our room needed replaced and the jets in the hot tub weren't working, but besides that everything was good.

More gluten free items are needed for breakfast. One of my family members has Celiac disease and couldn’t find much for her breakfast. It’s constantly disappointing to have a breakfast at the hotel that she is not able to eat. An egg omelet without bread would be appreciated. She left feeling hungry and needing a better breakfast.
