Both men at the front desk at check in and check out were very friendly, helpful and honest. Beds were comfortable and slept well. The room was clean. Perfect for a one night stay, as it was just a place for us to sleep while traveling. Oh and the AC worked. That it was close to where our family lived.

The place really felt kind of sketchy. They had a $100 refundable deposit. We were told that's because of the past customers causing damage to the rooms and anything in it, including damaging a new AC unit. The place gave us the impression that the owners don't take any pride in their hotel. The TV screen was mostly visible,. There were many large cracks across the screen with a green spot on the screen, no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The lamp shad was smashed in. I didn't like the fact the curtains didn't close for any darkness. One pillow had no pillow case on it and the fire detector was only wires.

The availability and location. The Samoa staff members and the one Hispanic front desk clerk that were knowledgeable, helpful and nice.

The sheets and linen has stains and holes in them. The bathroom was dirty. The fridge was frozen over and there was only one Community microwave. The ice machine didn’t work and the one that did was moldy. Housekeeping didn’t clean my room, even when asked or replace my sheets when they were placed on the floor for changing. They took my personal towels and replaced them with stained ones.

The staff was really friendly and the cost was affordable for a last minute stay

The AC in our room wasn't working. We tried to turn it on when we first arrived to have the air circulate but it gave us an F1 error code. We used the laundry room and the dryer does not function correctly our clothes did not get fully dried.

Amazing room space an bathroom too.

Oool was closed due to maintenance, the halls were in construction too, no elevator. Juice machine was down, ice machine also down trash can in hall non exsistant. The outside was were over flowing. Needs more light outside.

Did not have breakfast, not a breakfast person. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Room temperature was comfortable.

It could have been a little cleaner but it's a older motel.

Wish some fastfood restaurants where closer however days in is not at fault for that, I'll blame you. And out for not building hers.

It was friendly and very clean and there was plenty of food for breakfast. The staff was very attentive.
