Garage in the same building was great. Room was wonderful; bed was very comfortable. Lobby space with TV and fireplace is a great idea. Location is very close to the downtown.

Breakfast was not ready at the time it was open. Lot's of people at the breakfast and long lines. Walls in the room are very thin. First night was quiet, but the second night someone in the next room made international call and connection was probably bad, because person was screaming to the phone. We could not sleep. Staff is not providing references to local restaurants, only to the one restaurant in the hotel. It is not the best restaurant. Elevator capacity is not sufficient for this hotel.

The hotel had daily breakfast a gym and an indoor pool, but we were not told of these amenities (the latter of which we didn't find out until the last day of our week long stay). As such, we were unable to take full participation in them. We also traveled in large part to have a white Christmas and the agents weren't sure exactly where to go in order to sled in the area. Later while walking we found a shuttle that would take guest to locations for skiing - it was .right across the street. Otherwise the facility and the staff were pleasant and comfortable.

I don't like that we weren't informed due to the lack of staff knowledge or oversight.

Clean room, great sized room, great location.

Breakfast. We were out hiking before breakfast most days but the one day we did stay later to try the complimentary breakfast, I ended up going back to the room to microwave some oats. We were there as breakfast came out and my husband said the eggs were already cold. The hot porridge was water with oats floating in it and the Quaker sachets were all the sugar filled flavours. We didn't try breakfast there again and opted to make oats in our room which had a microwave available.

This hotel would have got full marks if the breakfast had been better. Self service does not need to be plastic or paper cutlery and plates. The choice was poor. Scrambled tasteless eggs and little scraps of bacon. Very disappointing for otherwise a very nice hotel. Also the price of a room is too high for a breakfast like that

Room was very spacious and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. Temp in the room was perfect. Water presure in the shower was great. The coffee & breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly.

Frist time in Colorado spring and I had a veiw of the courtyard, whach is an amazing courtyard, pleanty of seating and fire places/pits. But I would have loved a view of the city or mountains.

The staff was very welcoming from the time we arrived until the day we left. Our room was very spacious and clean. The gym was also very clean and spacious compared to other hotels I have stayed at. The location was also very good and had food options around it including a juice bar right out front.

Breakfast was okay and could be better.

The property is new and modern. The room was small but laid of well so it seemed spacious. The bathroom was nice and the bed super comfy. Had a beautiful view of Pike’s Peak from our room. The parking garage was convenient.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The eggs, waffles, and other warm foods ran out very early on. There seemed to be only one employee replenishing bowls and other items, but not the food. After an hour, some waffles were brought out and one guest took them all. The coffee cups ran out and a guest took it upon themselves to get out more from storage. The hotel should not offer a free breakfast if they can supply enough for their guests

Great location close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Big, well-equipped room. Good included breakfast buffet. Parking garage was easy to find and use.

Room was rather dark - could have used a fixed light in the ceiling as well as the wall lamps.

Love the modern design, large gym, and different breakfast items each day.

I didn’t like the every other day cleaning. If I only stayed one night you would clean the room after me so why not clean daily.

Breakfast was great. Excellent location right in town made it easy to walk to dinner etc. Very friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Overall very good 😁

I found the bed to be a little too soft for my liking
