Staff was polite, but I received a few too many messages from the hotel during my stay. I get that they are trying to prioritize customer service, though. Room was clean, bed was American-style soft, and the WiFi worked well enough to stream HD movies.

Room was pretty small and that led to some questionable design choices (see pics). Went to do laundry and noticed the lint trap basically overflowing from the bottom with lint. Removed about mini basketball-sized amount of lint from underneath the lint trap. Shower pressure was meh and was either super scalding hot... or lukewarm. It was 100F on that day, and the AC was a sad, wheezing failure that didn't blow out cold air at all. Thank God Colorado cools down after sunset.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years, along with other members of my family. Pueblo is about mid way to Utah/Idaho, so we like to stop here to break up travel, and the value for the money you get with Microtel Inn Pueblo, is great. Breakfast is pretty standard with the usual continental style with a waffle maker. The hotel is right off the highway, so it's very convenient, but far enough from the highway that it's not too loud. The rooms are clean and the beds are on a scale of 1-5... about a 3.5 to 4. Not the most comfortable, but better than most.

Can't say I have a lot to be upset about. I think the sign of a good location is that you are willing to come back, and as mentioned before, we've been back many times.

My room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. The grounds were well kept, with the sidewalks shoveled clean from snow multiple times during my stay (it snowed like crazy for 3 of the days I was there). The staff was friendly and helpful. My stay was overall a great experience that I recommend to others!

It would be nice to have some kind of meat (bacon) to go along with the waffles. However, considering the price I feel the breakfast was adequate.

Property was next to food, liquor, dispensary, everything walking distance

The walls are super thin, we could hear everything next door. And they were parting. Which hey i remember being you young again. :) hubby and I just plugged our headphones on. No biggie. Our closet did smell like a hint of pee though :( (not saying it was) just the smell) I wonder if it was because the AC is on the floor. Idk but the beds were comfy!

Clean, convenient, friendly staff, nice selections for free breakfast.

Limited parking so had to park our SUV with a small trailer on the street. Instructed to park on street by front desk clerk even though the signs on the street said “No Parking.” We were thankful in the morning that the car and trailer were okay and we didn’t get ticketed.

Great value. Clean bathroom and lobby. Perfect for a quick overnight stay when you are just trying to reach your destination and do not need much.

I hate the carpets in the room. They are dated and feel/look dirty. The bathroom was larger than the actual room. The room had a musky smell.

The staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and was very comfortable.

The elevator was out of order during my entire stay. I was on the second floor and moving my luggage up and down stairs wasn't easy.

The room was fresh and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for us, and while we were there is was quiet for a great night rest.

They had a good basic breakfast but it would have been nice to have fresh eggs with ham, bacon or sausage. For those with gluten or dairy restrictions, the breakfast was limited.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel or room. It was difficult to get to the property. We had to go around a couple of "road closed" signs to get to it.

3rd floor was very quiet. Love the bed/pillows very comfortable and clean. Shower had good water pressure. Liked the bathroom had a door away from the rest of the room. Great view outside. Nice clean landscaping. Ice machine funtioning and coffee was excellent 24 hours a day. I really liked all of the colleagues that travel with the giant windturbines that stayed there.
