The hotel is easily accessible. The room was large and the bathroom for disabled persons was safe. We enjoyed the lower bed height and it was comfortable. Upon checking in staff was helpful. We liked the options available regarding the room cleaning. The cleaning staff was very nice about getting clean towels we requested AND emptying our room trash.

Actually just a suggestion for improvement. The coffee pots need to be kept full. At least 2 days had to find someone to get more coffee. Also, would like a choice of hard-boiled eggs?

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel; they also had a good, hot breakfast.

We got an accessible room because of my bum leg. While the beds were low enough for me, the mattress sagged. I’ve stayed in an accessible room before at other Hampton Inns, and the mattresses sag. You can tell where the handicapped person sleeps because this mattress is visibly not up to the standards in regular rooms. I did like the bathroom, however! It offers so much room and lots of bars to hang onto in the shower/tub.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Property location was close to a main route. Their breakfast was very good Check in went smoothly.

A suspicious looking person knocked on our door when we first checked in claiming he wanted to clean our refrigerator. His personal hygiene was uncapped, and he did not look like a staff member of the hotel. We did not let him in the room and suspicions that he might have some ideas about our personal possessions, etc..

The staff was friendly and accommodating of a late check-in time. The room was clean and had the expected amenities. We were only staying here for the night on a roadtrip and it was an excellent deal.

The elevator carpet was a little grimy, which is a small thing but set a bad standard.

My room was clean and once I figured out the thermostat the room stayed nice and cool. Breakfast was wonderful both days we were there. Parking was convenient and plentiful even though the hotel was almost sold out.

Front desk told us our room was not ready when we got here at 330 as there was a power outage in the morning. They said they would call us when our room was ready. We watched 6 other guests get checked in before we asked about our room an hour later to which the answer was yes, but we never got a call.

Breakfast is very nice array of typical breakfast food. Breakfast area is very nice, with big windows, nice light, various seating arrangements.

The lobby and elevator cleanliness could use a bit more effort . The chain restaurants near by close at 8:00 PM which was early for us. Had to drive somewhere to get dinner. The room radio clock was an hour off which we didn't notice soon enough. These are not biggies. It is a nicely furnished, quiet location, with parking on all sides of the building

It seemed to be close to everything we wanted to see or access.

Needs some bedside upgrades. Like lamps with usb ports. I also would suggest making the alarm clocks a request. I don’t remember the last time I even used one. Most just use their phones now.

Convenient location, big room, right off the freeway with great amenities close at hand. Will stay here again.

The above floor was creaky and there is a crack in the ceiling above the shower in number 221 which tells me a sub floor panel is in need of repair. Next time I will request a room on the fourth floor.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable staff was nice breakfast was great food was kept stocked and fresh there was a security driving around the hotel nice place to stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like

On November 14 and 15 guys at reception were very kind and helpful - they found the taxi for me to travel to Denver airport and took care of my request!
