very clean and well maintained if not new. The staff was extremely friendly - even helped my daughter with her makeup ( I'm a single dad). It wasn't luxury, but was clean, safe, and comfortable with a few of the extras like the pool, iron and ironing board, and fresh coffee available.

I was a little surprised by the lack of things like a microwave and coffee maker in the room, but there was coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs a day ( fresh ground, made when you push the button, high quality coffee).

Property was very clean and new. Very good for the price considering it is in very good condition. The pool are was clean and provided towels to dry after.

The only reason I give it a 9 and not a 10 is because the potatoes for breakfast were cold and hard. The rest of the breakfast was good!

Room was not available at check in. We arrived at 5pm. The hotel says their check in time is 3pm. Receptionist said there was no one available to clean the room and we would have to wait.

Breakfast bar area was a little crowded to stand at, taking turns was absolutely necessary.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. We were surprised by the free breakfast - eggs, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit, etc. I will definitely stay there again!
