I liked everything about this place.

Saturday when we got back to our room, the bathroom smelled like sewer. I thought my grand daughter had a stomach issue and we didn't talk about it until Sunday morning. The smell stayed until around 2 a.m. and just disappeared. Normally, I would have put a fan on but there wasn't one. That is the only thing bad about this place. I let the front desk know when we were leaving. He offered us a free snack.

Rooms great staff is great breakfast was fantastic. Breakfast staff she is great friendly talks with customers.

We have been staying here every weekend for last couple months always fantastic except this stay booked a room with 2 queen bed check in got keys to room open door find out only one bed staff at front desk said they got double booked on rooms gave me different room with a roll away and one king. Bed comfortable roll away grandson sleep on it said was ok .have reservations this coming weekend and next month will be making more reservations unless they screw up my room again.made reservations two weeks ago could have got room right .why didn't I get room I reserved 2queen

The location is great and i like it there. The staff is always so helpful and great here. I love Helen, she is always so welcoming and I always look forward seeing her, everytime we stay here.

I really never had any issues here. Stayed here many times and will be back soon when i go to other concerts or the fair. The pool is great and breakfast here is awesome

Very quiet and comfortable. All the staff were very nice, and Helen was the nicest person I have ever met. She works the breakfast, and I she was awesome and kind to every single person in that room. Kudos to her

The hot tub works but they turn off the jets so it doesn't overflow, so it was just like a bathtub. Very disappointing. We always pick Holiday Inn for the hot tub and pool. Won't be picking this one again

Breakfast was great with Helen making sure nothing was left empty and refilled items in a timely manner. Her cheerful attitude and greeting made the start of the day even better. Usual fair at breakfast nice touch was the pancake machine.

An outside seating area with shade would be nice during the hot days/evenings. Someplace you can take a meal out doors and enjoy the view. Include a bar b cue pit or chimayo.

We were stoping after a 13 hour drive and it was fast, front desk was so friendly and the breakfast and woman in charge of breakfast was amazing. We had the best experience after being quite exhausted. Also I have 3 teenagers and it is hard to find a place that fits all 5 of us comfortably in one room and this place did!

Always a friendly staff. The lady running the breakfast was the most amazing and uplifting lady I have met in a long time

We like to stay there to be able to use the swimming pool and hot tub. To our surprise, both were down and no notification was given.

I like the location, it's the nicest hotel in town, breakfast is always amazing, always clean and staff is always serving with a smile.

It's not specific to this hotel, I just don't like that we pay so much for a room to only sleep in and can never take advantage of the amenities because we're usually there for an event and only have the room for less than 24 hrs. I think checkout should be later.

We were able to find a room with two queen beds and sofa bed needed to accommodate two teen boys, my husband and I. We had a good sleep, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and the lady at the cafeteria is amazing.

We have statyed here a couple times now, and we enjoy it. Service and staff have always been great, breakfast as well-Helen that works the breakfast buffet is awesome!
