Same as always, take my 3 young girls swimming and to just relax 1is 11 other 2 are under 10,and they love it every single time!! I've stayed here over 5 times easily, and it's been the same young lady I've checked in with and young gentlemen in the morning for check out with. And it's been the same exact friendly,professional,customer service every single time,and I mean EXACTLY same professional service, thank you employees and company lucky to have you,specially at front desk, only change I'd do is get normal pillows,the perfect square ones not a fan of but just a suggestion

Our room was pretty, comfortable, clean, and stocked with nice toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. The area was constantly monitored by a nice lady who kept the area clean and food well stocked. We didn't use the pool/spa but it looked super nice. The front desk staff were friendly. We had dinner at the nearby Cactus Flower Mexican restaurant. Food was generous and delicious, and their margaritas were very good!

1) We found a bug in our bed when we were getting ready to check out. Grossed us out. 2) Not the fault of the hotel, but we were awoken at 2am by a couple having a loud verbal argument that lasted about 30 minutes.

The young lady at check- in was amazing. She was so welcoming and nice. The room was very clean and even smelled clean. The view on the third floor was beautiful, especially during a spectacular lightning storm. There was good parking, and close to the doors during the downpour. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and plenty of fresh, clean towels.

The light in the elevator was leaking water, just slightly, but it made me nervous. I wish there had been more then just a vending machine for snacks, but the property is close to outside food so it’s not really a big deal.

We usually stay here I booked through booking.com and I was sent an email staying that my special request was accepted at no additional charge which was to have a first floor room by the pool area and when I got there the person at the front desk had us on the second floor so I asked about it and she said that booking.com sends those emails out without actually knowing if the accommodation are actually approved and there was nothing she could do because they had no first floor rooms available so I was a little frustrated by that and the frame of the mirror in the bathroom was falling down which was a safety Hazzard as it was a large frame buy other then that the over all stay was nice in all

Property is beautiful, rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and spa both nights we were staying and both were great! The pool is indoors and the water is heated, very nice! The gentleman who checked us in was hilarious and all of the staff was extremely friendly. Will definitely be staying again!

Bed was a little firm for us, but everything else made up for that tenfold!

I’m the bitter freezing cold morning our truck wouldn’t start and my husband had to get to an appointment for which we had traveled to Pueblo. The wonderful lady at the front desk used her personal vehicle to give us a jump and get us going. She was a lifesaver and we greatly appreciated her help!

It will be really nice when the construction in the lobby is done. We look forward to seeing it again in about 6 weeks when we have to go back.

I liked the location, security, and the efficiency of check-in and checkout. The staff was friendly and greeted us each time we passed the front desk. Had two good nights of sleep and was ready for the events we had planned.

The price of snacks at the vending machine seemed high, considering there's a convenience store right across the street and restaurants nearby. I also discovered the refrigerator in our room was unplugged when I placed a few items in it.

Clean and large rooms. Matthew, desk clerk, was very thoughtful and kind.

This is being very picky. But there are areas in the room that should be dusted: bottom shelf under the sink, lamp shades, top of the headboard… I get it though. Having worked in house keeping it is challenging to complete the basics on time. Management should consider assigning one person each day just to clean those neglected places. It would help the motel go from good to excellent.

Staff was great- breakfast was better than expected. Hot item=s were hot and cold items were cold. Very Nice.

Loose tile in bathroom, even though remodeling was in process some items still looked Long in the Tooth, chipped paint, elevator was in obvious need of updating. Ceilings still had the old Popcorn finish.Some trim boards were missing.

During our work trip, we were accompanied by my 7-year-old daughter who enjoyed spending time in the pool and slept on the sofa bed. The housekeeping staff overlooked making her bed on the first night, but we joked about it and it was not an issue. The next day, the housekeeper made her bed and even placed her stuffed horses on her pillow, which made her ecstatic. Breakfast was also well-organized and pleasant.

I noticed that the corners of the room are quite dusty. It can be challenging to reach those areas with a vacuum, but it's satisfying to have a dust-free space.
