The location is close to Riverwalk, the convention center, and museums. The room and main areas are clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast is presented attractively and the variety and quality of food is good. The deskstaff are courteous and helpful.

Do you check and see if the gates are working there is no parking and we did have to walk all the way around the building to get to the hotel, since their gates are broken. The staff clerk said that sometimes they're broken and they have to stay shut. Which then limits the amount of parking you have.

Room was great, loved the different layout of it from other hotels. Staff was great and helpful.

No meat options offered in the breakfast. Don’t know if it was just during our stay or if it’s always like that. Bummed there was no pool.

We feel the hotel should specify one floor if a guest brings a pet. Many people could be allergic to the Pets even if they are next door. Or have previously been in the room a current staying in.

I liked the variety of food offered. The options of a light breakfast or a larger breakfast was available to all.

There were big thumps on the middle of the night above me. Could tell whether it was maintenance or guests.

Great location, we liked the room. Comfy beds. Quiet AC!! We slept well. Food selection walking distance.

Room wasnt fully ready but the front desk staff fixed it all quickly.
