We enjoyed hospitality of Ivan and Dolores at this lovely hotel. We chose it because it was priced conveniently for our large group and were pleasently surprised with cosiness and amenities. Sure its no 5 star hotel but i quite enjoyed the vintage vibe. The pines by the pool gave deep shade and charmed me and its tiles were adorably ecclectic. I often had the pool to myself even though it was August! Managers are always there if you need anything, an afternoon coffee, beer or advice. AC in rooms worked well and there was decent breakfast. I missed my scrambled eggs but hey, you cant have it all. ❤️ Overall a very pleaseant stay. I will see you again!

The manager (owner) was really kind and attentive. We arrived 1hr before check in time, however there was no reception at all (did not say that on the website tho) but a phone number on the door. He came back to let us check in as we were with a toddler. Breakfast was plenty and tasty (not just pastry as on the pictures, but ham, cheese, butter, jam , cereals, tea, coffee, juices , veggies) . Beach is about a km away, easy to reach , beach is nice not so crowded like in the central ( as the beginning of the season the sunbed/parasol rent was 23€ (high season will be more expensive) . They have a swimming pool too which they keep clean , but still quite cold . We could rent a bike but it wasn’t free as I read from other review , but is not expensive either . However, we could use next day for 1.5 hr and we weren’t charged for that. We have been recommended a restaurant La Botte and it was a hit.

The room was tiny, however just to sleep there is enough , but not to spend much time there with lots of luggage. Mattress not so comfortable . I believe the room cleaning was ready just before we entered because the chlor smell was unbearable . Had to put our toddler to sleep , but could only do with open window . The place really need a refurbishment , or if not then better cleaning in some places ( corridor, stairs, by the stairs , the curtain is pretty bad to be honest. Wifi works only in the area where we had our breakfast.

Basic breakfast, inappropriate meal times from 8 to 10. If I want to go to the beach earlier or checkout the hotel sooner, I cannot benefit from the paid breakfast, which is not exactly pleasant.

Good breakfast, very nice staff, quiet location. A really good service for this price. They have a possibility to rent a bicycle, that is very good option as there is a lot of "bicycle traffic" in Lignano and in this way you can see the while town (roads are also suitable for cycling).

For this price it was fantastic. Everything is walk-distance, breakfast is various, even you can ask for gluten-free. You can park, they have a pool, airconditioning... Everything you need. The stafg was really nice. I recommend this hotel.

A little bit far away from sea if you are with kids. In the early morning the man living next door was talking very loudly, we couldn't sleep.

It was clean and had a great location. I loved the pool and had a great time. Everything was clean. They have their own parking which is great. The food for breakfast was amazing.

The staff were very kind to us, they had gluten free and lactose free breakfast ready for us 🥰 the rooms very nice and the beds very comfy

Hotel was as it was described. No more no less, basic utilities and excellent staff. One of the best low price places i ever been. Probably will come again when the road takes me ther, greeting from Slovakia
