Great breakfast and clean room. Bedding was in like-new condition. Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about things to do in the area, and directions to get there. The only reason I gave the facility an 8 instead of a 10 is because it is an older building and a few things are no longer in totally brand new condition, but I want to emphasize that I did not expect a brand new facility. Everything was clean, in good condition, and well taken care of. The breakfast area was kept very clean and tidy. The pool was clean and there were towels provided at poolside. The poolside furniture was in good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again and will recommend this location to friends and family.

As one of the chain hotels this Hampton Inn is not that different to other hotels. Yet, the people make the difference! Extremely friendly staff, helpful (easy change of our room) and all in a good mood. Pool was nice and quiet, breakfast more variation than usual and.... newspaper! Very happy with our choice.

Thomasville is rather a town for a stopover. Yet, surprisingly nice and charming little old town.

I love this place. This is the second time we've stayed here and the staff is super nice and the breakfast my kids loved it. I had a few fights with the blankets lol but I blame my husband for that. Rooms are always clean. Kids are getting bigger so next time will definitely have to book two rooms.

The motel was excellent. The correct amount of towels and washcloths were in the room. The air was on in the room when we checked in which it was so hot outside we felt blessed. We got up the next morning and thought we were just going down for coffee but decided to check out the breakfast. I was surprised to get fresh fruit. The breakfast bar was the best we had all week long traveling.

The room was clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the breakfast. Staff was friendly.

When I came back to my room the next day, they noticed that they did not do turndown service. I bagged up trash and put the towels in a pile, and they were still there when I returned to the room.

Our breakfast was very good. It was refreshed as needed and kept clean by attendant. We stayed here for 4 days and the menu was different each day. Excellent.

Might want to add another waffle iron. Was a little wait sometimes.

Amazing customer service, from the front desk clerks, to the sweet lady, restocking breakfast items. Room was nice, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. The breakfast was really good and fulfilling.

Very clean, great staff, great location.

The shower/tub combo was very uncomfortable to use. The space is narrow, the tub holds water and is so curved that I did not feel safe. It was also very slippery. I had to stand on a towel to shower.

What I would like to buy the people friendly would be checking in and checking out needed to check in early. Had to go to a funeral. They made sure that I had a room so arrange to change clothes. I get 100 stars.

The hot breakfast buffet offered scrambled eggs with cheese, turkey sausage, waffles and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Nice and fresh selection. The location of this hotel is close to where we needed to be, so very convenient. Above all, the rooms are spacious, well designed, and comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need and is spic and span. Highly recommend this hotel, it is well-run and the staff is friendly and professional.
