The staff was friendly and ultra helpful. However, we stayed in a handicapped bathroom. By the nature of the shower those rooms need extra towels at the beginning so we didn’t have to ask for more.

Well kept, attractive facility, friendly, accommodating and courteous staff. Room was very nice!

We had a slight snafu at check-in. Room had been booked thru booking.com. Front desk had problems finding our reservation. It took quite a while and management had to get involved.

The property is beautiful and about a quarter of a Mile walk or less to the beautiful down town area with shops and restaurants. They property has a historic charming quality even though it is less than 2 years old.

The breakfast was good, expensive but cooked nicely. Dinner the night before not that good at all and again expensive.

Dinner. We had hamburgers and French fries. The hamburger was tasteless.

Beautiful new property. Easy access and parking. Good bar and food. Free breakfast. Pleasant, helpful staff.

There was some construction going on nearby during the day but the hotel cannot help that. Otherwise, everything was great.

I love everything about this property. this was my 2nd time staying there. very clean friendly staff and breakfast French toast and loaded tot bowl amazzzzziiing !

only thing I don’t like is the shower

We could have had complimentary good brewed coffee, and at least a minimal Continental breakfast rather than coffee and breakfast we would have had to pay too much for. Went out to breakfast instead. We about roasted under the duvet. Plus, the room never got dark. Needed blackout curtains. Had a couple of minor housekeeping requests that were handled very satisfactorily.

Location, atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent breakfast options.

More pillows on the bed and extra blankets.

This was a lovely and very comfortable hotel. I’ve had a great fitness center and highly superior pillows! Lol.

Everything. Great local. Great staff. Great bar and food. Great room. Lovely building. Excellant stay.

There was nothing I didn't like but I wish the bar stayed open later
