Location is great with free parking. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Breakfast offerings included hot items and refreshed often. Outdoor breakfast seating was nice.

We knew this when reserving but the pool makes this popular with families who have small kids, so a lot of kids running around including in the hallways and above the room creates noise, wet kids in elevator, lots of kids at breakfast. Also likely due to the pool, the room was a bit damp and musty, so in order to keep it from getting too damp and musty we had to run the AC pretty cold which was not ideal.

Be ready. The over all interior theme..Love it! Uncertain if the hot tub in the pool area had a waterfall at one time, but the rock detail...we really liked it. The staff were on point, the smell of the hotel per my other half is the same (family reunions for 13 years) and for my first time, out of all of my travels the best smelling. One of my preferred hotels has been The Union Station is St. Louis (I am a bit picky) So that speaks well. Over all presentation exceeded what I had hoped. The breakfast had a decent selection. Excellent choice in soaps available for our room. Ooh and the accent of pics on the elevator. Very nice. 😁 We do indeed intend to return! 🥰

Maybe a few larger options for pool towels? And perhaps maybe not have the fire alarm right next to the bathroom? My child did not use the fan and as soon as he came out apparently the fire alarm went off. Very embarassing! However, glad to have working safety equipment.

We had an issue with location of the room due to our request on reservation not being met but the supervisor at the front desk solved our problem. We stay at stoney Creek often and will be back. The staff is amazing and the room is so comfy and spacious. It makes my family and myself happy. Especially by me being such a neat freak and a person that is big on cleanliness. This place is also lgbtq friendly and an amazing family oriented place. I love that.

Breakfast offered several choices for food, juice, and coffee with ample space to enjoy a great start to the day. The option of peach juice was a pleasant addition. The staff kept the choices clean and fresh. Upon check-in the staff was great! They were engaging, friendly, and helpful. Thanks, we will be back! The entire stay was great. Thank you for allowing us to stay with no complaints just an enjoyable time.

The room was beautiful.. comfortable bed. beautiful view. The couch was even comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the location so close to good food and walking distance to the convenience store.

Very loud and rambunctious children were a room right below us running around playing music loud till after 11. So loud I thought it was above us till I saw the strobe lights. Pool taken up all day by loud children. Feel they should extend adult only swim a little more than just 10-11. Not hotels fault just sucks when it was a no kid weekend for me and my husband for our anniversary. Understand they were under renovations, but the whole floor was soaked in the ice machine room from the leak. They could have done something besides let it spread from the initial drop spot.

the only issue i had was i called 2 days prior and day of to see about early check in and i just wish instead of being told that wasn't available i wish they would have asked what room i had booked b tried to get it cleaned first cuz i got off at 6am n had to head that way but wasn't able to get in till 3 so that kinna sucked

Kids love the pool area and the hotel is very clean

The only thing that was not good was there was a whole baseball team there all weekend and the kids were being allowed to run the hallways pounding on walls and crowding the pool area and the Sunday night there was a bunch of rowdy older teenagers who brought a bunch of friends and were loud and up all night

Facilities were beautiful.

Our last night we asked for a few towels and the lady at the desk was rude about the request. The morning we left the housekeeper on duty was getting off the elevator and talking on her cell phone, she stated to whomever she was talking to that "there's people in my way using the service elevator" meaning my family and I. The elevator was not marked as such and even so she did not need to make comments about it.

The hot tub in my room was fantastic, the bed was really comfy and I liked that you can open the window to get a little fresh air.

I feel like the check in time is too late (3pm) and check out time too early (11am). We didn't even get a chance to use the pool, get our free drinks, or check out the rest of the hotel. I feel like you should have your room a full 24 hours.

The employees were very helpful and informative. They all had pleasant attitudes and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help.

The elevator was down the first day of our trip, and I'm disabled and was on the 2nd floor, so that was unfortunate, but they got it fixed by day 2. And I wish the curtains blocked out more sun during the day.
