Friendly Staff. The hotel needs a little love and money spent on it but it is perfectly adequate and the staff are lovely.

Outdated rooms need a refresh. A few minor points need looking like the kettle lead is too short to use any of the sockets. The Booking.com rate is not competitive and a better rate can be obtained by booking direct.

We were impressed with the kitchen facilities which were unusual in a room of this size & budget. The beds were both comfortable and we slept well.

There were few facilities outside of the hotel and it wasn't easy to find especially as it has been rebranded to Zenitude and had a different name. No doubt a better location would have increased its price.

Staff very helpful, welcoming and cheerful. Location is good for restaurants and the beach/harbour is a pleasant and interesting 15 minute walk. The secure parking is excellent in an insulated underground carpark accessed by a lift which was important to us as well as being able to make a coffee in our rooms. Breakfast was also very good and set our busy itinerary up for the day. The pool is a bonus.

Large, clean room with fridge, kettle and cooking facilities which was a real bonus. Comfortable bed and great shower. All you could ask for. We parked in the hotel car park behind the hotel - you have to go in and get the code for the gate first. Easy to walk into town from here. Staff very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Bed comfortable. Convenient location for our needs Good size room & bathroom.

Only 1 bed side lamp. Had to put kettle on the floor to plug in as no plug available in the kitchen area. We only had 1 mug for 2 people staying. Tea selection poor & no milk sachets. Breakfast overpriced for what's on offer.

The manager was very welcoming, and she will always make me laugh about my mispronunciation of Tintin. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. Quiet area not too far from town. I needed to stay another night and they were very accommadating.

Spacious rooms. Private guarded parking (not free, but very spacious). Kitchenette with all necessary tools and utensils.

Room heating is either too hot or too cold. Perhaps due to the size of the rooms the temperature is not easy to set at your comfort.

Quite. As long as you can walk it’s easy to find things and places.

I stayed for 3 days and my room was not attended to in that time. I ran out of f toilet paper and towels not changed or collected.

Conveniently situated with underground garage. Quiet room with good darkening. Enjoyable breakfast.

I informed reception whilst leaving about an annoying drip noise coming from the hot water heating reservoir in the roome. No one's fault just a maintenance issue that hopefully has been resolved.

Apartment was functional and comfortable. Nice big double bed. Nice shower over bath and great to have fridge/freezer. Able to keep our cool bag ice packs there to use following day. Air conditioning kept room at nice temperature. Good inside car park underground- kept car cool when not in use. Excellent fitness gym and nicely maintained. Lovely to be able to cool off in the pool.

Bathroom could do with an upgrade as a little worn. Pool area devoid of any green plants- a little concrete looking and needs umbrellas. Only one available for numerous beds. Could have done with a few more hangers in the bedroom cupboard. Area was industrial and you need a car to travel.
