I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was by far the best hotel I’ve experienced in India. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms and facilities were well-kept and comfortable, creating the perfect environment to relax. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. They were incredibly helpful, warm, and treated me like an old friend. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat, they went above and beyond to make my stay special. The combination of excellent service, great hospitality, and an inviting atmosphere made this stay truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the area and can’t wait to return!

The hotel is easily accessible. It lies not far away from the I.S.B.T. bus station, but up the road steeply. So you should take a taxi to the hotel. The other way round is easy because always going downhill. I arrived at 6:30 am and the manager was so kind not to charge me for early check-in. All the hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. From the rooms and the dining room you have a breathtaking view of the valley and the mountains. The bed was very comfortable. I really slept wonderful. The bathroom is modern in style and has as much hot water as you want in shower and sink.That was very important for me because the weather was cool and rainy. In the room there is a watercooker and coffee and tea and 2 bottles of water. There is a breakfast buffet with Indian food, but also cornflakes and yoghurt. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be ordered a la carte. The ropeway to McLeod Ganj is within walking distance from the hotel. From McLeod Ganj you can also walk back to the hotel down the street instead of taking the ropeway. That's about 2.5 km, and a nice walk. I chose not to stay in McLeod Ganj as it is colder up there and also extremely crowded with people and cars. The traffic there is incredible. It's much more relaxed staying down in Dharamsala. For me the stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel.

Very kind and hospitable staff - they allowed us to check in early, upgraded our room to one with a gorgeous view and air conditioning, allowed us to check out late, and even went out in the street trying to stop taxis for us! The room itself was incredibly comofortable, the hot water came from a water heater present in every room (so no concerns about it running out as long as you keep the water heater on), nice beds, and convenient balcony. The room service was also good value of money and the food was excellent! The location may not seem like the best, but it's in a quiet area (especially if you overlook the valley rather than the street) - Dharamshala is walkable from the hotel, and if you want to head up towards Mcleod Ganj and further, taxis are always within reach. Definitely choose this hotel for your stay in the area if you want a relaxing and luxurious holiday for a fair price!

The staff was absolutely super helpful with us: they also let us choose our room in a range of 3 possibilities. Very clean, comfortable and functional room. I particularly loved the comfort of bed and the possibility to have breakfast in room. Also very tasty breakfast. Good position in Dharamshala on the way to Mcleod Ganj. Super approved.

The place was very nice. We got a room with a spectacular view of the valley and partly of the mountains. The sunrise is amazing from there. The owner was extremely nice, he knew English perfectly and was always there to make us relax and enjoy our stay with a good cup of chai. We talked a lot and he gave us good recommendations. The place was clean and the bed comfortable. Just remember to switch on the boiler for hot water when you arrive!
