I thought it was 3 star hotel, but from my experience with other hotels - its like 4 star hotel. (some hotels in France, Italy and other countries (that had 4 stars), were much worse than this one). Room is clean, beds are comfortable, there is kettle (with tea and sugar) in the room, also complementary water. Bathroom is very nice and clean. For breakfast - there is wide variety of food (cereals, pancakes, possible to make sandwich, eggs, omlet, sausages, meat, fruits, tea/coffee/juices) - literally everything what you want. I was pleasantly surprised with variety of options to choose! Very nice hotel!

A good overnight stay for those returning from Central Europe to Baltic states. Safe parking, a lot of surveillance cameras in the proximity of the hotel. Decently sized room. Fair breakfast. Staff speaks fluent English.

We could smell a cigarette smoke in the room. Not sure if the smell was because previous guests smoked inside (despite all the warnings about penalties) or it came from the smoking area in the backyard, but it was quite disturbing.

The hotel was a nice surprise. It exceeded expectations for a 3 star hotel. The interior and exterior is clean and well maintained, breakfast was great, they even made omelettes to order, there were fresh fruit and croissants. The location is quiet and just a short drive away from the Suntago water park.

There is no fridge in the room and no power outlets by the bed - you have to charge phones on the desk. The mattress is on the soft side, but it is a matter of personal preference. Sound insulation between rooms is not great.

Helpful and kind staff, fluent english. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. A leisure room, parking nearby. Good location for transit travellers. Not far from a road, but calm and neat. Family friendly, we were offered a baby bed, for our toddler, baby seat at the restaurant... Good price for value.

We chose this place as a pit stop on our way back from vacation, and it was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and our kids loved the great playroom downstairs. We will definitely stay here again when returning from a long trip!

The hotel definitely does not feel like a 3* hotel. I have stayed in some 5* hotels that are so much worse than this hotel. It is gorgeous, very clean, very spacious and elegant. Loved the design and available facilities as well as the outside area with the restaurant and kids' play equipment.

Good hotel with a good restaurant. Brings back memories of 90-ies. Nothing wrong with it. Absolutely lovely. Just do not expect anything modern. The restaurant is excellent. Recommend to try it. Breakfast is ok. Nothing special and nothing to complain about. You can order you own omlet.

The hotel is close to Suntago which was very good for us. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of food options. We've had spent a lovely evening eating and drinking in absolutely beautiful Chata Goralska.

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit outdated, but clean to be fair.

We travel to Mszczonow to visit family and this hotel is located in town, so it cannot be faulted. We've stayed before and would stay again, it matches all needs and expectations with a reasonable price. It's a 10 minute drive to the tourist hotspot of Suntago and literally a 2 minute drive to the Deep Spot diving centre.

Only tiny complaint would be that we asked for some coffee sachets to be left in our room and they were not left the following day. It's not a massive deal but would have given us a nice kick start in the morning!

The superior queen room was very big and perfect for a family of 4. There is a lot for kids to do the soft play area is great and the park in the garden was beautiful.

My daughter has a dairy allergy and there wasn’t anything she could really eat but there is a local supermarket near by so we just got some bits for there
