A great hotel with great spa. Unfortunately I couldn’t book a treatment because it needs to be booked a week ahead of time, which the hotel sends an e-mail about but because I booked through booking the hotel doesn’t have my e-mail. So if you book through booking check out the treatments ahead of time and call the hotel directly 😁

A relaxing and serene hotel, conveniently situated on the edge of the Black Forest (what a view!). The rooms are pleasant, contemporary, and spotless. Breakfast was offering a diverse selection. Pool and sauna rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the latter being slightly compact. The service provided was welcoming and fitting

Parking is free in open spaces but you have to pay 9.50 euro for the garage, even if you have an overnight stay. I accept that, looks quite common in Germany, maybe cost could be lower

What a fantastic place to stay on my return from Italy and Austria! The room was beautiful and the views were amazing. Communal areas are very modern and welcoming with a total focus on guests feeling fulfilled and happy. Well done! The pool and spa areas were immaculately clean, well designed and as relaxing as possible. Lastly the restaurant, it left nothing to be desired in the evening and breakfast was high quality too.

Wifi didn’t work in the rooms. I complained to reception after 4 hours but it was fine in reception! Still no good in the rooms but fine in reception. The following morning, the hotel acknowledged that the Internet to the rooms had failed. Othe problem is signage when approaching the hotel from the west. It’s up a steep hill that doesn’t appear to lead anywhere. Need more signage especially where the road passes all the other hotels!

Wellness area with pool and saunas are biggest advantage of this hotel. A large room with a balcony and a beautiful view are another advantage. Nice and smiling staff.

Breakfasts are quite decent and a large selection of dishes, but monotonous during longer stay - identical products in the same place for several years. Steamed scrambled eggs are sometimes less and sometimes more dried. The prices of meals in the restaurant are the best kept secret.

Great breakfast with wide variety of bio food. Spa facilities (pool, wet sauna, 60c and 90c dry sauna). Very clean room, friendly staff and nice view

Not enough free parking spots available. Had to either park on the street or pay 10 eur per day for underground parking

Pros: - Big, sunny room, big balcony, great view (4th floor) - Clean nice, tidy - Bidet in the bathroom (!)

- No dedicated parking spots, have to hunt for a spot every day. Each reservation should come with a dedicated parking spot, even if that costs extra - No WiFi on the balcony - I guess the reflective layer in the glass is metallic

The wellness area is outstanding, very clean, good choice of saunas and steam bath. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a good choice of fresh foods to select from.

The temperature of the water in the swimming pool should be increased. For exercise swimming it is okay, but for a swimming pool in a wellness hotel, it should be warmer. We did not use it much, and did not stay in the pool very long.

The room on the 2nd floor with balcony with nice view on the valley was just superb and relaxing. The spa was well maintained and very clean and comfortable. People on reception were very helpful and smiling. Nice breakfast.

The room was clean and had a very nice terrace with mountain view! Everything in the room was working well, and the towels and bathrobes were provided for the spa. The spa area was clean and had two nice pools, as well as some refreshers (water and tea) available. All in all, a very pleasant stay :)

Great food, friendly staff, short walk to the town center, nice and clean room. Great spa area with relaxing chairs on balcony and great view.

1. The massage was not worth spending money on. The masseuse was just rubbing back and shoulders in stead of massaging the muscles. 2. It was a bit disappointing and not very hospitable in my opinion to pay extra for parking, in such an already expensive hotel.
