Overall, it was nothing short of an amazing stay. The check in was swift, room was roomy with many nice amenities, the entire facility was spotless, and the hot spring with a great view was simply superb! They also have a variety of souvenir shops, 4 restaurants and one coffee shot which we enjoyed taking local foods. The hotel was very close to the station for an easy access. Wish we have a few more nights to enjoy. Nonetheless, this all happened by the serious effort from the entire staffs who take credit for our awesome stay. For a traveler carrying a large suitcase, the room was big enough lay it down and open. Despite the fact that the hotel was located right next to the train track, the room was very quiet and the firm bed was excellent to give us a good night sleep. Again, thank you very much once again for all staffs to make our stay as comfortable as it get.

Close to train station Very clean and comfortable, room has bathtub and everything you basically need Staff are all friendly, nice, and eager to help. One at reception desk when I check in was not fluent in English but I can feel the passion that she tried to let me know everything!

This hotel is quite close to Yokote hotel, there’s a convenient store nearby about 3 mins walking. The hot spring is awesome, they even provide free noodles soup. The front desk staffs are friendly, I had a wonderful experience.

Everything is perfect

The hotel location was great, pretty close to the train station. The breakfast has a lot of options, it was one of the best in my life. The hotel staff was amazing and onsen was great to relax.

The bed and pillow were a bit hard but I think it is Japanese style.

The staff at the desk was very nice and helpful especially when we could not speak the language. Check in was effortless.The room was clean and we had a good rest.
