Very easy access from the highway, very comfortable room, they have a bar open full time and a restaurant too. The breakfast was SUBLIME and the staff great! 100% recommend!

Only problem is that as the internet is open, no password, the TV don’t connect with Netflix and Youtube. I tried everything I could and didn’t manage any connection. I would suggest the hotel to verify how to fix this because as turists, we don’t want to see local TV hahaha, but everything else amazing! 🤌

The staff was super friendly and welcoming, the Hotel is in a great shape with many nice details. The surrounding park with included parking area is beautiful, many sitting spaces in the shade, even mid-day. Due to the short connection to the autostrada within perfect reach, many charging stations for electric vehicles available. Big plus for me; the staff was more than open and helpful when it came to my wish for a vegan dinner. Not only do they know what vegan means (which is quite rare here in Italy, in my experience), but also is one of the staff members vegan himself and made it his own duty to serve my wish. Once in a lifetime experience for me and I'm visiting Italy for many, many years.

Spotless room just minutes from the highway. We arrived around 1 a.m., expecting a tired nod at best—but were greeted by a cheerful, genuinely kind receptionist who made us feel truly welcome. Whoever he is, give him a raise (or at least a strong coffee). Thank you!

The hotel façade won’t fool anyone into thinking it’s a Tuscan palazzo—but warmth, comfort, and a great breakfast more than make up for it. In the end, that’s what really counts.

This was our third stay here. Location works well for us when driving to Italy, rooms are a good size, staff are lovely and the restaurant is good if you need dinner - decent breakfast too for 10 euros if not included in the booking.

Part of our group were woken at 5.30am by members of a big tour group hammering relentlessly at the door (by mistake - they had the wrong room and were meant to wake the folks in the room next door) but it was impossible for them to get back to sleep after that.

The hotel was next to the AC, which was really convenient for us. The beds where really comfortable, the hotel room had all the necessities. The bathroom maybe was little a bit “out of date” but everything was really clean and without any signs of age. I recommend if you want to stay one night while you are heading somewhere. The breakfast was great, salty and sweet. We even had dinner “ a la carte” which was also good ( we paid 42 eur for 2 meals, water and glass of wine).

We just stopped here to have a good night sleep and then headed directly back to the autostrada. The hotel is close to the autostrada exit. It is in a relativelly quiet place, so it was perfect in this regard. The 24h reception was the thing, based on which we decided, that we want to go there. The stuff was nice. Although the elevator didn't work at the time, that wasn't a big of an issue. We didn't take breakfast, but there was a bar to grab some coffee. That was nice. The room was comfy and relatively spacious.

Nothing was really of an annoyance. Maybe the elevator, but such things happen.

Excellent location for transit to/from more southern parts of Italy. Easy access from the highway, no problem with parking.

I was a bit unlucky to come when the AC Milan junior football team was occupying one whole floor and especially the main dining room. That affected the selection and quality (temperature) of food at breakfast in a small separate room.

The location - though admittedly, most visitors had cars. we stayed 5 nights, without a car, and struggled to get anywhere or find anything to do. A taxi to Ferrara cost 43 euros one way! we walked into occhiobello another day (in the rain) which wasn’t the easiest walk. No restaurant open for dinner on Sundays.

Great room, everything very clean, hotel and very well maintained. The box space is a great size for European standards. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have time to enjoy it. Spacious parking. I liked it and would stay again.

The entrance to the parking lot needs to be better marked, as when we come along the road it is difficult to find as we do not see visible signs at the entrance.

Well-appointed hotel with big spaces, good food and friendly staff. We were given excellent advice on how to visit nearby Ferrara, and where to park. The additional bonus are the Tesla chargers in the car park.

The coffee from the bar was much better than the coffee from the machine!
