The room we finally received was pleasant, clean and well furnished. The kitchenette is small but usable for reheating and coffee. Wifi good and the location is central.

Very confusing listing of room descriptions. We requested and paid for a triple room for two people in order to have a sofa and sitting area. On check-in, because we were 2 people, they had scheduled us for a double which was extremely small with frosted high windows on an air shaft (!) and no sofa or sitting area. The staff was pleasant and finally able to switch us, but be sure you're getting your selection.

Location was perfect- good access by car, parking right in front of the building, walking distance to historical center. Large room- even for 4 people. Including small/basic kitchen, but with necessary accessoryies.

Room itself was clean, but the carpets on the floor left a mixed impression- in my opinion they were redundant. Breakfast in the bar downstairs- we ordered breakfast the evening before including 3 boiled eggs- next morning the (not nicest) waitress got us only 2. I thought she forgot, so after 10mins I asked for the 3rd one- not speaking english she somehow explained, that she doesnt have any more(?!?), not apologizing, not looking for a solution... Maybe that is not the fault of the hotel (was she their staff?), but left a bad impression from a otherwise good stay.

Everything. The staff were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The entire hotel was spotless with everything working exactly as it should. My wife is in a wheelchair and everyone went out of their way to help us and our make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room was very well proportioned with a really neat kitchenette unit, a very comfortable bed and good quality bedlinen and towels. The bathroom was again well proportioned with great fittings and a super shower. The bar and kitchen staff were very helpful and accommodating including some out of hours cooking and help with onward travel. The wifi worked perfectly.

Not much they can do about it but the sense of arrival wasn't brilliant as the entrance is from a square set back from the road. Once inside though everything was great.

I paid 91euro for one night ( including city tax ). Very friendly staff at reception and at breakfast. The room was the best one that I stayed in during a week in Italy ...... very comfy with good amenities. Clean and tidy, as was the ensuite. Good hot shower. The duomo and castello are within 5 min walk. Good VFM.

Could be a bit tricky to find if you haven't looked where it is prior to going. Nothing else.

Comfortable bed, well designed spaces, quiet, convenient to attractions. Comact but useful kitchenette. Good shower with grab bar. Theme of modern architecture throughout reflects this fresh approach to repurposing old building.

Breakfast minimal and inconsist day by day.

Literally at 150 meters from Castillo Estense. The staff working there is super friendly and the size of the studio I got was actually much larger than the one indicated on the website while booking. This is an accommodation that recently opened earlier this year and it deserves lots of success. Well equipped studio. The possibility to let luggage at the reception on the day of checkout was a big bonus. Thanks!

This is not the fault of the accommodation but the noise displayed by your neighbors might be annoying. The soundproofing with the outside environment is good but rather weak with the adjacent rooms.

A comfortable, fairly spacious room with a great view. No noise levels to mention as with windows closed it was very quiet. The bed was comfy enough (on the firm side) and with the curtains closed, it made for a nice dark room. There was a mini-kitchen that was efficiently built into a closet space so when closed you didn't see it which featured a coffee machine, kettle and enough stuff to cook a full on meal in there. The location is about a 15 min walk from the station or a few minute bus ride. The bus stops right out front and costs €1.50 one way. Not quite centrally located but takes about 5 minutes to get right into the main piazza. Ferrara is a great small city that packs a hell of a culinary punch with 5 (FIVE) Michelin star restaurants and while we never eat at those places, it more speaks volumes as to what level of cuisine you can expect here (which I might add won't break the bank)

While the kitchenette was great, it did lack some basic things like paper towels or sponge and soap to clean anything. The bathroom was quite large and spacious but again didn't really have a proper floor mat for when you exited the shower. Minor things to note basically. The shower has a whole full body spray system but it didn't seem to work however the shower head worked great and the water pressure and temperatures were on point.

Big and spacious room, very good light.

It is directly above a bar and it is noisy at night. The carpets give a cozy feeling, but may be unhygienic as they smell a bit dusty and I don’t think they are vacuumed during cleaning. The room is overall comfortable, but a bit overpriced.

advert suggested the second bed was in the living room, but it was next to the main bed and there was no living room.
