We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast selection was great and everything tasted so fresh. My children were very happy especially with the chocolate croissants. A special thank you to the staff who allowed us a late check out last minute. This really helped us stay out of the heat while we waited for our lift to the airport. Highly recommend, big clean and spacious rooms and staff were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 💫 We look forward to coming again in September!!

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent location. Very enjoyable breakfast. Overall, excellent experience and can highly recommend to anyone visiting Ferrara. Finding complementary bottles of cold water (still and sparkling) and a small set of local cookies after a long travel was an outstanding touch! Please always keep this small, but important detail.

Spacious, comfortable room with a balcony and lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is great, just next to the Estense Castle and 2 minutes from the cathedral and main square. All the main sights and museums are in walking distance. The stop for the shuttle bus to Bologna airport is very nearby.

We were on the 5th floor. There is only 1 small lift which we couldn’t get in a few times as it was full with housekeeping staff and carts. There did seem to be a 2nd lift, possibly a service lift. Maybe it was out of action?

The location was perfect for us. We walked from the train station straight up and found it easy to find. Ferrara is a beautiful town to spend time in. If returning I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The aircon worked well in the room and our room was spacious and overall clean. My bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bus and fly for transportation to Bologna Airport is right outside the hotel which was fantastically handy for us avoiding the need to get on trains again which we had done all week. Got us there in an hour for 17€ each.

The hotel was modern but had an austere and gloomy feel around the reception area. Likewise the breakfast room was all black walls which gave a gloomy feel. The breakfast itself was plentiful and the usual fare found here in Italy. The bathroom in our room had some mould starting round the seals which should be attended to...room 333.

We stayed one night at Hotel Touring in Ferrara and had a great experience. The hotel is located right in the city center, which made it perfect for exploring the town on foot. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and very clean – everything was truly a 10! The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with something for everyone to enjoy.

The only small issue we had was with the temperature – it was a bit too warm for us, and we couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning to get more airflow. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would gladly stay here again.

Easy walk from the station, right near the Castello Estense. Our room faced the street, big windows looking out at trees and people going about their day. Really quiet, calm, bright. Bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Room was great, interior design of the whole place was clean and modern, including the breakfast room on the lower ground floor.

Water in the mini fridge was not complimentary as is in most other hotels in Italy, but there was no clear label or signpost to say this. Absolutely fine to charge for the water, and I did ask at reception to make sure before utilising it. Others may assume it is included, and get a surprise at checkout.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Estense Castle and the town centre. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice of sweet and savoury and delicious food. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds comfortable. The complementary biscuits at arrival were a nice touch. The parking was underneath the hotel and convenient even if maybe a bit pricey at 21 euros per night. If we had been in the main body of the hotel my review would probably have been a 10.

We were in the dependance of the hotel, very close, only a few meters away so that wasn't a problem. In comparison with the hotel however the dependance looks dated. My parents had issues with a couple of lights in their bedroom but only one was fixed when we told reception. I was in room 812 but I wouldn't like to stay there for a next time. There is a continuous kind of humming that can be heard in the room all the time but especially at night. Probably a generator of some sorts. Luckily I had my earplugs. Also the room is rather hot, even with the air conditioning on. We were there in May and it was only up to 26'C so I imagine the room would be very hot in the middle of summer. If I was to be back I would book in the main body of the hotel.

Breakfast was Great, Rooms were clean and modern, nice lighting, nice welcome gift. Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Location was perfect, right next to the main downtown area, we got lucky we went on a day with a local food festival. shower was also nice and had a cool massage feature.

Comfortable, modern hotel in a great location in Ferrara's centro storico. Very good room with newly appointed en suite, Good, well presented breakfast. The location is ideal for Castello Estense and the historic centre and the hotel has an underground car park. Staff were particularly helpful and friendly.

This hotel is in a brilliant location to explore the city of Ferrrara. It is situated just on the edge of the centre so is very quiet but is convenient to all the top sites of the city. Easy to get to from the train station either walking or a quick ride on the bus. The hotel itself is modern and rooms are too. Very clean with all the amenities you need. Staff were very friendly and all spoke very good English. Breakfast was provided and had a great range of options for everyone. A great experience overall.
