I really liked the location, just a stone's throw from the castle. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bed was cozy. The breakfast with a view of the castle was good (the coffee could be improved), even though it was a 5-minute walk from the B&B. Daily cleaning and towel change are very much appreciated. I did not appreciate the absence of a refrigerator in the room, which is a must during this season. After a few days, I started receiving fewer towels, which really annoyed me. The cleaning lady could sometimes be a bit intrusive and enter the room despite the privacy request being displayed. It was very noisy in the evenings and on Saturdays, since it's right in the city center... Not the best. The view of the castle is not as advertised; you can only see it if you lean out of the window.

It's one of the best places I 've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in many). Wonderful location 150 metres from the Estense Castle and close to all other historical sites The room has all the necessary facilities, it's immaculately clean and spacious, with a big bathroom.. On arrival I was greeted very heartily by the staff member, who was very attentive. Before the arrival I was provided with very detailed information about getting to the property. The security of the accommodation is exceptional. I have enjoyed my stay in Ferrara very much, and largely due to this amazing property, comfortable in every possible way.

I can't think of any shortcomings.

Great location near the castle but the street was quiet. The building has been renovated very nicely, the materials used are of a high standard and the work was clearly done by competent people. The staff were very pleasant and simple check in process. The room was very clean and fantastic bathroom. Bed, cushions, sheets very comfortable, I slept all night. Excellent value for money in my opinion.

I would give 10 but I prefer buffet breakfast, however the partner cafe is very nice too.

The hotel is located at the heart of the city. It has friendly staff and clean. it is actually a B&B rather than a hotel. The breakfast is served at the nearby cafe and it consists of a cup of coffee, a sandwich and a pastry/fruit juice. This hotel is very suitable for business or individual trip, however I think that it is not suitable for families for children. At the check in, one gets information and also a key that open al the doors from the door to the street to the door of one's room. The check-out is just dropping the card key in a box and leaving with your luggage.

There is no restaurant as it is a B&B. Therefore you need to think of food, if you prefer not to use outside the B&B restaurants. The safe inside the room was not working, although the reception changed the batteries and it was not working when I checked out. There was no fridge inside the room.

The location was fantastic and close to the bus stop to the train station. This is a perfect hotel as a base to travel to other cities. The staff were extremely friendly and I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. I felt at home. The breakfast was provided in a cosy, beautiful coffee shop. I highly recommend Letto A Castello. I have already booked rooms for next year.

The system for breakfast worked very well. The location so close to the castle is perfect and is a central location for sightseeing. The room was very modern and clean, the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries and towels and the water was hot. The bed was very comfortable, so we have no complaints at all. We would have no problem in recommending the hotel to any visitor to Ferrara. The attached photo is from our bedroom window!

Everything was perfect. The girl that checked us in was amazing and great, the room comfortable, spacious, clean, well equiped. Location of the hotel is 12/10. Everything was safe and secured, gated parking, behind the building.

Maybe a bit better options for breakfast would be nice.

Location is excellent. You are right in the centre of Ferrara. It was very quiet as well. Breakfast is at a bar no more than a few minutes walk from location. Provided excellent views of the castle. Check in and check out very easy.

Bed was a little hard but that is more a personal taste. Cleaners maybe not needed every day. A simple 'clean my room' card on the door could resolve this.

We only stopped one night but the location was excellent, and the room well equipped, clean and quiet. They were very helpful about letting us leave our bags with them after check-out time so we could collect them later. Breakfast was excellent in a nearby cafe.

Location and hospitality where great, the breakfast around the corner is also a very nice bistro to sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast. The personnel was cleaning every day the rooms very nicely, the location is very good.

No small fridge in the room was what I missed the most.
