The staff is very friendly and the receptionist, makes a great customer service dealing properly with all issues ans supporting the rest of the staff.
The hotel has obviously a good age, so there is a bit of smell in the corridors.

We liked the location and the restaurant.
We didn’t like the fact that we needed to pay a double supplement for our two dogs which wasn’t correctly mentioned in the description on booking, there was a surcharge for each pet instead of an extra cost for bringer pets.

Free parking, decent breakfast, clean with good shower and bathroom.
I went with my car so I don't know how easy is to get to city centre with the public transport, but hotel is on the outskirts of Ferrara

The surrounding is amazing- quiet and peaceful atmisophere in nature. Price and interior quality worth to each other.
If you are not familiar with Italian kitchen, just think twice before you order. And I would love to see usb chargers on the wall-attached to socket, even in 3-star hotels. Because it is not expensive and would be good update for hotels

This Hotel it totally ok to stay for a night if you are on the way to any place, close to the Ferrara town if you wanna go for some dinner.
Breakfast was not too tasty, there could be at least one veggie to pick and some bread, could be a bit improved
