Comfortable room, benefit of sofa as there was a heatwave and I spent more time than usual in the room! Aircon worked well and was quiet. Ideally located close to historic centre. Lots of natural daylight into the room and not at all overlooked.

It came as a surprise that the room was on 2 floors - there is a mezzanine bedroom with wooden steps of 3 different levels to reach the living room/bathroom. So it was necessary to leave a light on downstairs during the night to reach the bathroom - or I would have become a cropper!

Apartment was super clean and cooled down when we arrived. Location is amazing, in the Ferrara old town, within walking distance from practically every historic sighting, but also very near some free street parking, where we could leave our car. Staff is very kind and communication about the checkin process went very well. Great value for money overall!

The host was super attentive; they even switched on the A/C before we came so we could find a cooled down room. Location is top, a few steps away from the city center, the room we stayed was big and clean. Breakfast is also more than ok,

Excellent staff work - room service, etc. Room furnished like 3+ star hotel (A/C, TV, a lot of space, nice bathroom-toilet, bided, shower) Close to the city Centre and yet quiet place I’ll recommend this accommodation.

Staff don’t speak English, only the owner I think that there were only sweet breakfast (twice been there for breakfast) Have to arrange the appointment prior your arrival otherwise you will have to wait for the owner outside the building in the street - this information is sent to you to your email, but only in Italian.

Great room. Spacious, bright, very good location. Value for money. It is possible to self check in. Comfortable bed and mattress. Very friendly staff although I am not sure that they speak English aside from Italian.

it is a bit noisy early in the morning, when the staff comes by to prepare breakfast. The noise coming from the other rooms might also be a problem

Very clean. Compact but perfect fpr 2 people. I would suggest instructions for A/C in English! They were sorry to disturb you late at night

I gave you my card details for payment. The young lady then asked your guest, my brother, for his card fir payment upon leaving. I expected the amount to be charged directly to my card on checkout.

Since bathroom and bedroom were on different floors, I think towels should stay somewhere in the bath, and not on the upper floor, on the bed.

Very central location but quiet. Communication with regard to accessing the property was good and there was a safe place for our bicycles in the rear courtyard. Excellent breakfast!

Stayed only one night, but the location is perfect, and room is very very comfortable. The self checkin/ checkout process is really convenient. I hope I will get a chance to stay here again.

Everything. The hostel is located in the center within the center. It is walking to distance to a lot of shops. Barbara, the host, was very lovely and accommodating. She answered all my inquiries via WhatsApp. The room was spacious for me. The bathroom was clean. I never had an issue in my 7 days stay with this hostel.
