This property is quite close to the historical centre of Ferrara which meant sight seeing was really easy. The room itself wasn't huge but it had everything nicely done. The staff spoke English which made checking in easy. The bathroom was superb and the palce spotlessly clean. But the breakfast, taken at the hotel just down the street, was amazing. All in all great value for money, very comfortable and great location. Around or within walking distance there are plenty of places to eat and drink

Well I was only there for one night, but if you intended to stay longer the room would have been quite small for two people

The proximity to the university is a major advantage for students on short visits. In fact, I've already booked another night in Studio 27.

Initially, I found accessing my room a bit confusing, but I wouldn't consider it a negative. I had only slept for four hours that morning, so I might have been a bit disoriented. Once I received the directions, I had no further problems..

Studio 27 is in Ferrara about a 10 mins walk to the city centre But quite far from the station about a 40 min walk But if you come by car not a problem Breakfast is at a nice hotel further down the street , so not sure if it is owned by the hotel Very good breakfast I would stay there again

Lovely studio with character. Private small garden with table, chairs and umbrella. Delicious breakfast, in the associated Princess Art hotel (****). Very helpful staff. You can rent a bike at a very fair price.

Soap container was empty on arrival. But this was fixed by simple request. Which still makes this place deserve a perfect score.👍

Beautiful terrace and very modern bathroom. There is refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was exceptional at the nearby hotel. Very close to city centre.

No private parking, but there is free parking on the street.

Everything, staff was very professional and pleasant, especially Sophia, lovely young lady, kind and very helpful! The room was perfectly clean ,comfortable, and cozy ! The location is very good too.

Everything was cool

The studio room was nicely located, very clean, with great bathroom (super pressure in the shower) and a little kettle and coffee machine. Helpful staff. The breakfast in a nearby hotel was AMAZING!

If there was anything to improve, those are minor things: 1. Proper duvet (there was a spread and a thin bedsheet); 2. Could hear the neighbours well into the night

Nice location walking distance to center. Staff was open for all our requests and kind to help. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. Thank you Studio 27 for all!
