Exceptional service. Our air conditioner in our room was working poorly and they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was good. Very sweet and friendly lady in charge of it. The pool was nice. They got us extra towels for the pool upon request. They had a lot of pride in their place.

I got an extra pillow out of the cabinet and there was a man’s boot print on it. Maybe it was replaced before they saw it by another person who stayed there. Our room had a huge bathtub but no shower. You had to stand in the bathtub and use the hose to wash off if you did not want to take a bath. Our cousin’s room did have a shower. Also, very sexual wall decoration. My husband liked it but I didn’t. 😂 personal opinion I guess.

We were on business trip, we used a 2-person Dylan room and a large room Valentina. Generally, we only spent evenings and nights there because we participated Cosmoprof fair. The guesthouse is very intimate, approx. 1 hour to Bologna. A quiet, peaceful place a bit away from the highway but with good access (roads between fields but very well kept :) Nice service, not imposing. We got the keys to the house and the gate so there was no need to ask the owners for everything. There are only 3 guest rooms in the whole hotel, the rooms are upstairs and there is a kitchen downstairs. Italian-European style breakfast. Toasts with ham and cheese, boiled eggs, yoghurts, croissants, cereals and milk, different juices. Basically self-service, only coffee and tea are prepared by the owner.

Huge Valentina's room for 1 person is awesome, Dylan's room with specific decor is a bit too tight for 2 people. Lack of a large, normal mirror (it is folded) for women is a big minus :( Bathroom ok but shower small and narrow. Walls of the rooms are thin, you can hear everything what someone says in the next room.

The breakfast was very good. Very kind and helpsom personnel. Clean room.

It has kitchen but no kitchenware. Ask for it in advance if you need it and the owners will provide it.

Beautiful garden setting. Access to the lounge downstairs. Good breakfast provided. Hosts very welcoming.

The owner was very kind, the pool clean and the room tidy with a special touch, and the air conditioning functioning very well.
