Nice hotel. Clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly staff. Free and convenient parking. No problem with payment. Check-in and check-out - 2 minutes. WI-FI work very well. Good breakfast (although the lack of vegetables was surprising) Check-in at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00. There is a good restaurant, shops and fast food nearby.

Overall we liked the hotel and the downsides that I will describe would not prevent us from staying at this hotel again. But perhaps the hotel owner can fix something so that the hotel does not lose its 4 stars. The breakfast area is very crowded. The food is placed in such a way that people cannot pass each other without touching each other. There is very little space between the tables. Mold in the shower stall. The carpet in the room is very old and dirty.

Staff are very helpful, hotel is clean and modern. Free WiFi. I find the bed and pillows comfortable so get better sleep then elsewhere. Hotel bathrooms are clean and well designed. There is a small desk to work at with plenty of accessible EU standard plug points. Hotel is within walking distance (2min) to Burger King, Aldi and Lidl and right next door is a Roadhouse restaurant. You get provided tea and coffee making facilities in the room

Could do with updating to USB plug sockets by the bed. Honestly not much else is a problem

9 euros for a very nice continental breakfast was very appropriate abundant, variety, quality, freshness, all above expectation service excellent room had a problem with the AC leaking lots of water on the floor. Staff offered another room. It was not necessary but I did appreciate the offer. A maintenance problem can always happen. Staff was very professional. I will come back again for the value for money, location, but most of all for your staff.

Employees are very friendly. They even help with issues related to the city. Additional solutions (pillows etc.) are answered immediately. The dust problem with the lamp was observed and solved the next day. I would prefer it if I come again.

It's a little dusty there because of the curtains and carpet. This could be improved.

Location is excellent especially if you are travelling by car. Hotel is rather new, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is polite and helpful.

Room for two is not comfortable enough for three if you have a big child…Sofa bed should not be an option for more than one night.

Normal beds are comfortable, but extra beds for the children is quite poor. Otherwise nice room, clean and quiet. Staff is very kind. Bikes can be stored safe for your one night stay. Near the hotel two big grocery strores.

.Little far from the centre, after 8.30 pm there is no bus from the centre back to the hotel. It takes 30 minutes to the centre by bus.

The hotel is not very close to the center, but it was our choice because we had a car. Driving to the center and around the city though was very easy. Of cource, if you like walking then nothing stops you. The room was very peacefull and the beds were comfy.

The hotel is lovely. The staff is very welcoming, the facilities are up to 4 stars hotel standards and the room was very comfortable.

The Wifi was very bad. I had to use my own data for the whole trip. Also, unfortunately the position of the hotel is far from the city centre, so either you take a bus (running till 8 pm) or a taxi (luckily not very expensive)

We liked everything. Great staff, speaks English. Free parking. It's a bit short of a 4* hotel, but that's normal for Italy. ))) Stayed for one night, everything was comfortable. Breakfast was not included.

The receptionist lady were really nice and informative, loved her! The room was clean and comfortable.

Because of the summer festival the price was little high, but understandable.
