The variety that was offered at the buffet breakfast is exceptional at this property.

The location of this property is not ideal as it is out of the centre & just on the outskirts.In saying this the property offers the use of bikes free of charge to get around the city cntr. The property doesn't have a gym, which whilst on business i like to work out so this was a downfall on my behalf for not checking prior booking as I was there for 4 it's & the price was not comparable to other hotels right in the centre. The property is a little old, run down & could do with a refurbishment. Francesca was so delightful & is a real credit to the hotel, not8nhing was to hard when asked of her.

The hotel is set close to center of Ferrara and everything is easily reachable. The location is also very quiet and easy to reach and there's plenty of free parking spots around the hotel, which makes it super easy if you come by car. The staff is beautiful and they are available 24/7 to help with everything you might need. Rooms are really spacious and we had one with a beautiful terrace. The hotel is well kept and very clean, which I find as most important. The breakfast is really enjoyable and there's plenty to choose from. All in all, everything perfect, recommended!!

The room was big and clean with a balcony. Bathroom have a skylight, with was nice because the steam can go out quickly and the mirror was not fogging up. The staff were very friendly and professional and helpful. We have a dog and it was not a problem even when the dog is not allowed in the breakfast room, the staff were so nice and prepared for us a table outside the breakfast room. Parking was available on the public street around the hotel for free, but there was a possibility to park a car in the garage for a fee.

The room was spacious and well stocked with bathroom items. The hotel was modern and welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with eggs, bacon etc and really good cakes,croissants and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee was made when we arrived and it was a good cappuccino. They provide a bus ticket each to get you to the old city. They also informed us that by buying a city tourist pass at eh castle tourist office this not only free entry to museums etc but also paid the city tax at the hotel on checkout. Altogether it was an excellent experience The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the station and about the same from the tourist attractions.

Nothing was wrong about it

We arrived very late, super tired, with a sleeping child, the receptionist immediately gave us the keys and was absolutely helpful in every way. Even went out of her way to show me exactly where to park, as I also was very sleepy. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had lots of options, and the waiter was also very friendly, offered fresh coffee several times, and made sure we have everything.

This was an ACTUAL hotel. Instead of " manged by host". However I have now booked Villa Fenice in Reggio Calabria, thinking it was real hotel, but now find out it is B& B , and I fear, ( will know when I get there) that it might be another "managed by host" situation with 3 , yes three, different entrances, " structure", apartment and room. Please make it clear if an accommodation is of this type, or, an actual hotel. In this respect hotel Orologio was what I was looking for.

The hotel was overall OK, but the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. The location is convenient – very close to Darsena where we spent our evening, and just a bit more of a walk to the centro storico (though they offer bicycles, which is a great option). Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety to choose from.

Great room with a large bed and big bathroom, it was nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly, we really appreciated our stay at this hotel. Also, providing free bikes to get around was a lot of fun and really convenient, as was free parking in front of the hotel. Very nice experience in Ferrara.

Walls are thin and we had noisy neighbours, but some knockings on the walls calmed them down, so nothing was bothering us.

The entire staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and gave excellent recommendations for places to eat, etc. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was top quality. It was also very nice to receive free bus tickets to the city center.
