I had stayed at this hotel before and so it was a treat to spend a little more for the extra quality. The room is spacious, clean and well equipped, as is the bathroom. The desk is comfortable to work from. I appreciated breakfast. The eggs were tasty but there were no bagels at all, just processed bread and no fruit. I also appreciated a quick workout in the small gym. Centrally located .

I was surprised and disappointed to see a large hole in the sheet, worn through. I expect better when paying a bit more for an above-basic motel.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was served, entering the hotel was very welcoming. Smelled good and was nice and clean.

The floors were unstable and had many dips. Especially the room we had. It had three dips in the floor and one huge one by the window. Felt like we would fall out of the floor into the bottom floor. Everything else was fine. Just some weird black stuff in the restroom bathtub. Also wanted to see the view and all we got was roof outside of our window.

It was a nice room!

One of the smoke or fire detectors kept chirping all night woke me up at 3:30 and could not completely go back to sleep. Reported it to the desk clerk when we checked out and he said they replaced all the batteries recently. The ice machine did not work on our floor!

The room was very quiet and clean and had no bad smells. The A/C worked very well. Parking was excellent! Location to multiple restaurants was very convenient.

The elevator was slower than most. We used the elevator several times and on the morning of checkout, it would not answer the call button. We ended up taking the stairs.

My son is handicapped, and the staff was very accommodating. We were in town for my Granddaughters Wedding that didn't start until 4. They approved a later than normal late check out so my Son who is a double amputee (legs) wouldn't have to be sitting in his wheelchair for 2 extra hours. Everyone, including cleaning staff were very friendly, and happy!! I loved it! Thank you ❤️

The staff was very nice and tried to get our reservation filled. Booking.com did not send our updated dates, that we changed a few months prior to our stay, to the hotel. It was graduation weekend, we were not able to get the 3 rooms that we reserved, and there were no other available rooms in town. The hotel manager called a sister hotel in the closest town and secured us 3 rooms with a discounted rate.

the property was very clean and centrally located. we came to stephenville for basketball camp at Tarleton so we arrived in town very early. we had breakfast and went to the hotel around noon. they very graciously allowed us to check in early and even still allowed us a noon checkout at n the day we left. great staff. bug free hotel!

water in the shower didn’t get past like warm. I took two showers that barely broke Luke warm. after my shower my husband took o e and the water finally warmed up halfway through his. you have to run the shower forever to heat it up. Also the food was terrible. the eggs looked like pancakes. The beds on the first floor were not comfortable. on our checkout day the cleaning crew came through knocking on doors at 8am. was not very thrilled about that with our late checkout time!

coffee in room was terrible. coffee at breakfast bar was a bit better. may have been my choice at breakfast as I chose weak coffee. 1st day was ok, 2nd day was too weak. other wise - very nice stay.

Everything about the room / stay was very good! Room was clean, hotel was nice/ excellent condition. Will definitely be staying there again next visit.

Breakfast was Great!! Lots of options and a variety to pick from. Fully stocked too.

My only complaint was that the pool was freezing! Also the USB cords in our room did not work but we used the plugs.
