The room was on the ground floor with easy access, spacious, clean, and with regular furniture. Hot water and heating was very good. Free parking is in front of the building and is free. They have multiple buildings - some are dedicated to accommodation and some to the restaurant/ spa/ pool etc so this way it is always quiet in the sleeping area and only 1 minute of walking away between the buildings. Breakfast had a lot of vegetarian and non vegetarian options, also gluten and lactose free options, from dairy products, cereals, warm breakfast options like eggs, omelet, bacon and sausages, to cold options like chesses, pastries, meats, yoghurt, fruits, and a variety of jams and fruit spreads, next to coffee, teas and milks and juices. The restaurant has an a la carte option and you can eat in the restaurant breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. The food was tasty and portions were good, the price was average. They had both vegetarian and non vegetarian options, first course, main couse, soups, deserts, pizzas also. A good variety of options. The facilities were updated and all working: the indoor pool had a nice view over the hills and trees and heated water, they had 3 saunas (wet, dry and Finnish) all day long available, they had water toys and jacuzzi as well. A variety of massages and treatments, manicure and facials also. They had some board games and books to borrow, and a small show with some souvenirs and toys. No supermarket or market close by, but the hotel is covering all the essentials. For kids: they had a small indoor plying ground with slides, and trampolines, a table tennis table, pool table, darts, foosball, and the pool toys. They had a big outdoor playing ground as well 5 minutes away from the property with a zip line, swings, etc and the forest is just in front of the property for a nice exploration walk.

Renovated room, spacious and clean. Included usage of SPA facilities. Large cycle storage. Breakfast was very good, lot of options to choose from.

Only 220VAC possibilities to charge the electric car. Hallways are a bit outdated.

Great hotel, enthousiastic staff, even if they were short staffed due to ilness. Clean and comfortable rooms and great restaurant. Fantadtic value for money!

Beautiful location, connected to great hiking trails. Wellness facilities were good.

During breakfast there were a lot of bees indoors. Quit an irritant when you're trying to eat. I think the facility could have done something to address that problem.

The guy on the reception desk when we arrived, was excellent, a very friendly and welcoming face ***** He gave us a complete run down of the resort and made us very welcome.
