The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Tin Hau MRT station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets around, and even some Michelin restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful. Cleanliness is ok but needs improvement.

We stayed at this hotel for a week and felt that the cleaning could have been more meticulous, the washbasin was not cleaned daily, the shower room was not checked for hygiene, and the slippers were not changed without a message.

No breakfast provided. Location was good.

The bathroom and toilet and sink were in small space. It was hard to close the door in the bathroom.

the bed was comfortable and very quiet - no outside noise from the street or from neighboring rooms. The check-in was quick. The bedroom and bathroom was clean and tidy, the furniture was relatively new too. Nice shower and toilet accessories. Some really nice coffee shops near by. good location for hiking near by.

My room was quite compact without a full desk, there was a table combined with a window seat. The bathroom was small, you had to step into the shower to open the door. it was small but in good condition. Some people may find the walk from the train station slightly difficult if they have large suit cases.

When I booked it saying room size 21 sq m but definitely not . The staff showed me 4 rooms with different floor plans but the size almost the same. My room # 1901

Hotel was in a good location. A short walk to the MTR, lots of food options and stores around. The hotel was also very clean, easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, because the staff were so lovely!

Room was small to me, but a friend who used to live in Hong Kong told me it was a pretty good value and size, all things considered. The hotel staff also rang our doorbell one night at 10pm to bring us slippers even though we didn't request any.

Good location

Bathroom door design flaw: door open and block between the sink and the toilet. One has to step into the shower area to close the door in order to use the toilet.

The place was so clean and fresh, the choice of the color purple was also a great visual decision. Meanwhile, the fragrance used in the hotel is also subtle but refreshing, unlike many other hotels.

Service is a little lacking. While the front desk people are so polite and professional, the fact that room call to the front desk is centralized (with other properties they own) plus the lack of room service options could really use some improvement. Meanwhile, the cleaning staff seem to pay no attention to the “do not disturb” or “please clean” signs and resort to the old school knock no matter what style. This is just something that needs to be trained, that is all.

This hotel is very clean, near by tin Hau met station. Room is not big but that's normal in Hongkong. Bed is good and room have safe, water heater. So a good place to be for a normal price.

That I must ask always to clean the room. Theyf respond and clean it direct. So no big issue.

everything was great about this hotel: location, staff, room was clean, super comfortable bed and you have room to stay with your luggages open in the room and also to move around. the staff was more than nice, all of them, trying to resolve every request i had.
