Location, cleanliness and comfortable bedrooms

Swimming pool - absolutely bizarre that they close the pool 12-2:30pm daily to clean when it’s the part of the day that everyone wants to be by the pool. A lot of people complained about this.

Good hotel, great breakfast , good location

The price was huge ,and I didn't like the tricky extra money ,first 10% for hotel service then another 10% on top for taxes or what they call it. So check well and best is if can made final payment in advance . Read cerfuly the small words info before booking it can end very expensive

The hotel offers great value for money and it is well situated. It is clean. Clean means clean. Literally spotless. The rooms are also very quiet and can be made totally dark which helps with adapting to the local time zone at your own pace.

It is not the fault of the hotel as such, but perhaps a cultural thing. I actually take offence when someone with a face mask interacts with me. Most staff wore such masks. Marginal English, mask, speaking to a jet-lagged guest equals irritation. I also don't like the sharp hand gestures for where to sign, where to pay, where to go.

Service, pool and gym. Nice decor at inner courtyard. Nice Vietnamese restaurant and well priced. Italian and Chinese … quite expensive. Great service at the lounge on 12th floor (thanks Ms Nora & Mr Moris especially), but be sure to book a room with access included.

Sauna separate for man and women. At punctual start of breakfast (6.30 am) not everything yet ready, but at punctual end of breakfast (10.30 am) many people start to collect everything. During breakfast service staff not picking dirty plates so sometimes you have to put your plates on neighboring tables to get space for new food. This was happening in 50% of our stay.

Breakfast was great and the building is beautiful. The manager at breakfast was especially friendly. We really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities too.

On arrival, there was a random sock in the bed. A couple of the plates at breakfast were also not clean, but when the manager was notified, she assured us an inspection would be arranged.

The staff, bell-hop, receptionist, doormen, cleaners, is professional and helpful. The reception, room, lift, everything is clean, modern and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and practical, the WIFI worked well, and the facilities were good.

There was the smell of perfume or cleaning product in the lobby that was overwhelming.

The location of the hotel was very good - 2 minutes walk to the MTR station and the harbour / sea; many dining options (across different price ranges) within 5 minutes walking radius from the hotel. There was a large spread for breakfast, catering to various age groups.

The pillows were too soft for my liking - did not provide enough support for the head / neck area. While the gym was well equipped, it would be helpful if there are occasional checks of the gym as a few users wore slippers and bath robes while working out.

Lovely hotel. Great Atrium area. Great facilities.

The staff and room were excellent. So helpful and a great stay and sleep.

Only thing was there was maintenance on the rooftop pool and spa. Which I wasn't made aware of at booking. So they were not available
