Location is good, a short walk from the MTR. Harbour view was excellent - a bit further east view than the main Victoria harbour buildings, but still very impressive. Nice options for bars and restaurants in the local area, including late night ones. Walkable to the temple street market and avenue of stars. Very nice bathroom with good sized bath and shower, excellent water pressure and quality amenities. Heated toilet seat with electronic bidet type functions. Friendly staff. I enjoyed the electronic blind revealing that fab view.

Nothing big - they're all tiny points and none of them would stop me picking here again. Door handle goes upwards - that confused me when I couldn't open the door as it wasn't obvious. I'm pretty sure I'd requested one double bed but at check-in they said I'd requested a twin and that was all they had with a view. Never mind, comfortable single bed and it wasn't too narrow. At check-in and check-out I did not really appreciate several staff all rushing to try to help me - I realise this was completely meant to be helpful but it was actually a bit much.

I like the buffet at Cafe East, very good breakfast and lunch, but I didn't try the dinner buffet. Service is good, everyone is very polite and respectful and welcoming.

My sink in the bathroom is broken and glued on. And I pay for an upgrade, supposed to be premium ocean view but it is just half and half. I actually see more of the back of the cross harbour tunnel and Hung Hom gymnasium.

The property was clean and in a fantastic location.

The lobby was absolutely freezing, to the point of unbearable. Checking in was difficult as it was so cold. Also, we had an issue where another visitor was given the same room/room key as us! It could’ve been very awkward had they walked in when we were undressing or showering! The manager apologised and sent up a bottle of wine/fruit as an apology which was lovely. But shouldn’t have happened in the first place!

Great room. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. Good water pressure and lovely haircare and skincare products. Awesome location. Loved the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay again.

Our view wasn't as great as the pictures (most of our view was of a highway) and I didn't have a good coffee at the hotel.

The staff was great. Concierge (Raymond) went above and beyond. If I was waiting for someone in the lobby the staff came and asked if I needed anything or started a conversation. They gave all types of recommendations for things to see and do.

Just the reservation part of it. I asked and paid for a city view. That is something I did not receive. After checking in at 12:30a the last thing you want to do is pack up and move. The hotel did offer. But it should be clearer on the reservation as I paid a premium for a city view and I got a building view.

Superb service from the staff. Not just the staff at the counter, but also those standing around the reception area, and even the cleaning lady at our floor. Good location as it is within walking distance from Avenue of Stars and Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area. Toilet was very clean and room was well lit with natural lighting too.

Enormous help and caring by front desk staff especially Mr Oscar and Mr Tyler in organizing and reserving obligatory Covid testing at official public Hong Kong test center. We chose to pay an add-on for a luxury room at 8th floor instead of 4th floor and the harbor view from higher above was worth every cent of the + 20 EUR. Absolutely quiet and large room. Soundproof Windows. Absolutely no traffic noise at all. We stayed at Nr 827 with harbor view. It is Hongkong! Price was about Euro 200 per night. Probably most expensive stay we ever had so far 😅 Compared to other places we saw during preparation and during our five days in Hongkong this was by far better than other places we had seen in this HK price range. We felt very save in the surroundings. By day and at night. Restaurants are nearby. 7/11 small supermarket as well. Underground a good five minutes’ walk and Hongkong taxi comparatively cheap. And you see more of the city. Ferry boats a 20 minutes stroll along the harbor view seaside or 5 minutes by taxi. If you have more than e.g. three days for sightseeing and you are brave enough can skip a few of the ever present shopping malls and instead go to the Museum M+ you will not forget the impressions. 🤩

Everything was just perfect. Nevertheless the front picture on Booking.com seems to be not entirely representative for many of the rooms. It seems to show one of the Suites or rooms on 14th floor as far as we can judge. The photos below show the view from the 8th floor. Notice for other travelers: Go for the so-called luxury rooms with the marble bathroom. If you also choose harbor view This means your luxury room should be in the range of floor 8 to floor 12. We had room nr 827 with a gorgeous view and completely quiet. Originally we had a room on the 4th floor (for 20 Euro less on Booking.com) also with sea view. This room might have been a lot closer to the city high way… So 20 Euro plus for the 8th was worth every cent🫶👍🍀🌺👏

Impressive hotel interior with several quality restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Raymond Woo who made a point of coming over to chat to us in the lobby whenever on duty. He was so helpful and efficient. Also Katherine who happily printed our our boarding passes as we are not smartphone savvy. Comfortable modern bedroom with a wonderful panoramic view of the harbour. Best power shower we've ever experienced.

Disappointed with the lack of seating and the artic air-conditioning in the lobby whilst waiting for our airport transfer on the date of departure. There was a large lounge area with plenty of seats but we were informed that it was restricted to those purchasing food and drink. The fact that we had been residents prior to checking out seem to count for nothing. The pool area on the roof is somewhat small and less attractive than the picture shown on the hotel website.
