The location is excellent. The tram station 88W Water Street is just right in front of the hotel. Taking tram is super convenient for both directions. You can go to many places in HK island using the tram. The main road is also called dried seafood street where there are hundreds of shops selling dried seafood at reasonable price. The bus to airport A10 is just 100m away from the hotel and it takes HKD41.90 to go to airport. Super convenient. There are small eateries near the hotel with good food at reasonable price. I would stay in this hotel again when I come to HK.

A bit old. The edges of the shower facility got some stain.

The hotel is a bit older but the rooms are quite spacious and you can often get quite nice views of the water. While the bed, shower and furniture aren’t as nice as some of the other hotels in the area, price point makes this best value by far. Staff was really friendly and courteous. Also, room cleaning was most efficient and reliable I think I have experienced. Not once in three weeks staying there did I turn on the make-up room signal and not have my room cleaned upon my return, even if I was only gone for 45 min to an hour.

The sofa and chairs aren’t super comfortable. You could wait awhile for the lift, especially if one is out of commission. My allergies bothered me on more than one occasion, probably the result of aircon filters not being cleaned enough.

Perfect location. Literally right next door to an airport bus stop and a trolly station. So it was always easy and fun to get to and from it.

They're lying when they talk about their laundry services. You can only use the laundry machines there if you have an octopus card. If you don't have one of those you need to go to an outdoor laundromat a block away to do your laundry.

1. The hotel was conveniently located near an airport bus stop which is just across the street. 2. When commuting, Tram stop is just outside the hotel. 3. I have asked if possible to have an early check-in due to our early arrival time. Though no chat response was received, they have accommodated us when we arrived 1.5 hr before check-in time. 4. The triple room given in the 9f was similar to the published pics. It was also spacious with enough room to place our luggages and with enough chairs to use. There were enough storage/drawers/wooden cabinets available in the room. An air purifier was also placed in the room. A compatible plug and electric kettle were also available for our use. 5. The bathroom/shower have a hair dryer and hot water and water pressure was good. 6. Temperature in the room is manageable with the provided controls. 7. The room was cleaned daily with water bottles provided. 8. The hotel staff helped us open our luggage with faulty lock.

Here are some noticeable things that may need to be updated though it had not really affected much of our stay. 1. The hotel lobby entrance and elevator 2. It was indicated on the room description that it has a bidet but no bidet at all. I think this needs to be revised on the details. Location wise, it is quite a walk to the nearest MTR Sai ying pun. For me, it is a 5 min walk to B3 exit but it still requires further walk from there to reach the actual MTR ride. This is a concern to us since my companions are seniors.

The location being right on the green tram line and the area etc is excellent.

There are no water bottles, the staff is rude and toiletries had to be bought, the breakfast spread was really sad..

Me and two adult kids stayed in a three bed room which was spacious enough, clean and well laid out. Everything worked with good English TV channels. The hotel is located on a bustling street and has a trolley car stop right next to it (excellent value for getting around BTW - Ding Ding). There are many supermarkets, places to eat and banks closeby. I liked the location because it was away from the central part and a little more quiet and personal. The staff are very helpful at this hotel. We did consider having breakfast at the hotel but felt it was not good value for money (with a little imagination this could be easily improved). We enjoyed our stay.

I have stayed here three times and always had the same room - a corner room with windows on two walls and a partial view of the harbour. The rooms are large by Hong Kong standards and very reasonably priced. Lots of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The breakfast room is dark and gloomy so I always go out for breakfast. The furnishings are a bit old and worn, which is probably why it is cheaper than many HKG hotels.

If you are looking for a basic hotel near transportation with plenty of options for eating out, this is a good hotel! In front of the hotel is the tram station, a few steps is the bus station, there is also a bus that can take you to the airport. MTR is about 8 minute walk. Plenty of affordable dining options and good coffee shops in the neighborhood

I forget to ask that my room be in the non smoking area, I was placed on the 13F the stink of cigs can be smelled

The breakfast was very basic. and inconveniently located in a dank low ceilinged room. 3 choices only of White bread to toast. Chicken Noodle Soup and very old apples that were soft. There was apple juice or black tea. After two days we went across the street and got an exceptional breakfast with coffee at Noc.
