The room was a good size for a hotel in HK, especially the bathroom. The hand basin was the widest I have ever seen - big enough to do hand laundry in or even an infant! (if one desires). The provision of an extra chair/seat (besides the obligatory desk side chair) was a lovely addition. The window seat was another uncommon feature which can also serve as an alternative luggage stand.

There was not much going on in the area immediately surrounding the hotel - but this could be because we arrived in the middle of Easter. There was a 7-11 shop opposite but otherwise there were hardly any retail facilities.

good staff, good room size for HK, has a filtered water station for hot and cold water (you can't drink tap water in HK), room was clean. Good location for Kowloon. Wifi was good, room big enough to open your luggage

Didn't change bed sheets daily, the gym/pool facilities are tiny and doesn't have enough equipment. Some of the lights didn't work. We did the survey after our stay and it mentioned you can opt to change bed sheets daily, which we were not aware of and no one told us. Definitely ask this if you want this

The rooms were nice and spacious in Hong Kong standard. The staff were definitely there to give you a comfortable stay. They tried their best to accommodate your requests. They had the best housekeeping staff professionally clean/tidy up my rooms. They were extremely friendly/nice to talk to. Really made my day type of feeling after chatting with them.

Wifi was slow. The rooms were not too sound proof. We could hear walking, moving furniture type of noise and door banging noises in the early morning. But these were minor issues. Aside from door banging in the morning, a phone call to the front desk the staff would take care the noise issues for you.

Good sized room with nice furnishings, attentive and efficient housekeeping, excellent dining options. Located close to the pier to catch the ferry across to Hong Kong island. Close to the MTR station.

Just a little cool in the room but it was overcast during my stay so it's understandable. Pool wasn't open due to it being maintained (off season). View from the room could have been better. Otherwise everything was great.

Very good location. Able to check in slightly earlier which was a bonus as long flight! Luggage storage available. clean room, shower was decent and had lovely hot water with good pressure. Daily room service was a nice thing to come back to. water machine on our floor was very handy!

If i have to choose something - the channels on the TV was limited - but I wasn't in the hotel a great deal, so it didnt matter.

Room was well-sized, and had enough space for comfortable management of baggage and other items. Enough surface area on the desk for work and documents. Little area at the window was also great to sit on, to read in natural sunlight and to work on occasionally. Very much loved Nina Communal, a great facility where you could work quietly as well. There was food provided for a large part of the day there, so you would not go hungry, and coffee was great. Staff was lovely. A special shoutout to Endless Wong, who made very delicious drinks and coffee at Nina Communal.

Not much to dislike. Room lighting at night was a little inadequate, but comfortable nonetheless. Not much food around after dark, but there were many convenience stores which provided necessities.

We used the hotel as a main hub for the wedding preparation. Therefore my family eventually booked more rooms in that hotel and they managed to almost put us together upon. The room is big and spacious. I've asked for a connected rooms and they are able to deliver. Also ask for a cot for the baby and they also able to deliver as well. The team members especially housekeeper has been nothing but amazing.

Not that I spotted any. The room is definitely designed for short stay (1 to 2 days). It was hard to organize 2 weeks worth of clothes including the babies into one wardrobe with barely any draws in it. But we made do in the end.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as the time wasn't right for us. I felt disappointed as it is not easy find a place inside a hotel to sit down and chat with friends. Overall it is good hotel to stay at.

The sound from other rooms seem to travel through the walls. The gym only has a small selection of equipment and there is no sauna.

Hotel room size is very good, lots of space and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags with the concierge after check-out. When picking them up the staff even helped us get a taxi for the airport.

Hotel room was connected with another (one of those family rooms where they have a door between them), they're not very sound proof so if you have a noisy neighbour you may want to change rooms. Housekeeping kept throwing away our toothbrushes and giving us new ones, felt wasteful to throw away after each use. Sometimes forgot to refill toilet paper stock, had to ask for more.

Excellent service from check-in and luggage storage to room tidying — everything was well taken care of. The location is great, just a few minutes’ walk to the MTR station. The shower had great water pressure and consistent heat — very relaxing!

Nothing to complain about. The room is relatively spacious compared to the average hotel in Hong Kong.
