The location is great. In walking distance to the city center, but far enough to be relaxingly quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast can be improved. There are 8 menu choices, which are pretty restricted and are the same every day. A extended buffet to mix and match would be nice.

It’s my 2nd time staying here and the rooms were so spacious and the view is wonderful. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. It feels like home away from home! Definitely recommend it!

Excellent rooms on 29th floor gave a panoramic view of HK which never tired. Rooms were adequately spacious and well suited a stay of two weeks. Throughout our stay the staff were friendly and extremely helpful; the restaurant staff soon learnt our likes and dislikes, going out of their way to ensure we enjoyed each occasion. The Concierge staff were always smart and enthusiastic; always ready to help and give advice.

The cooking facilities in the room were less than promised by an instruction that the stove/cooker was to be used only for ‘warming food’, not for cooking as, apparently, it had set the fire alarm. This limited the scope of the facilities provided.

The location is very convenient if you are going to visit Victoria Pick and walk through the city's Business Centre. It is 0.3 miles away from Victoria Tram. The view is terrific, especially early morning and night.

It’s in a convenient location with a great transportation links BUT you need to know how to get there and learn the easiest way to go to the center. We took the MTR to Admiralty then went to Exit B for the 12A bus. Got off YWCA and walked for 2 mins and you’ll find the place easily. Concierge is nice and very welcoming. Facilities are ok for a short stay. Restaurant’s food is also ok. They don’t serve buffet for breakfast. Need to bring your own toiletries, they charge 10 dollars for toothbrushes. The lock on the door is damaged, too. Told them but didn’t do anything. Overall, it’s a good stay for a short period of time.

I agree with most of the reviews here about the receptionists - they don’t have welcoming faces or maybe it’s just too rough for my ears.

We were a group of 4 people with overall 6 days stay in two rooms. We liked the place, the polished interior design, the spacious rooms, the view from the rooms and the proximity to the park and central. The staff was kind.

The breakfast. There is a set menu with 9 choices. 4 of them are asian food, one pancake, fresh fruit salad, bread/pastry basket and two egg dishes. The portions of non-asian choices were VERY small. We tried most of the choices on the first day and ended up eating omelette for 5 consecutive days. As this was not enough, we ended up eating lots of toast bread with butter/jam. The coffee was okayish. If you order/pay you get a better one. I believe the breakfast and the portions can and should be improved ASAP and I would gladly return back to TwoMacDonnell if it is.

Loved the location, close to the city but in a quieter area, high up so fantastic views and next to the zoological gardens which are beautiful.
