Comfortable, functional en-suite room in the centre of Cheung Chau close to beach, restaurants and shops. Many interesting walks around the island and interesting features well signposted. Harbour hive of activity with sea food and other restaurants. Regular ferries to Hong Kong and the fast by far the best for comfort and speed. Room offered good value for the area of Hong Kong. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cheung Chau used for short visits from Hong Kongers so very busy at weekends. If staying for a week advise visit Hong Kong at weekend.

Room is clean with AC. The location is right in the middle of within 2 minutes to a nice sand beach and 2 minutes to the ferry pier and restaurants. Althought we didn't take the breakfast plan but we were told it would be with a 4 stars hotel nearby.

Althought the beach is a nice sand beach with life guards, the water was polluted by garbages and plastics drifted from Hong Kong side.

The staff were lovely. The location was great and for Hong-Kong it was very good value for money and they allowed an early check in - breakfast was on a rooftop cafe with great views. What more can you ask for.

The room was very tired, and shabby which is different to saying it's not clean- it's just in need of an overhaul.....but it was absolutely fine for the £. Well worth it.

The location was good, close to the beach and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Access was quick and easy, just walk into a door and up a staircase. The room was simply furnished, but enough for two people who plan to explore the area anyway instead of staying indoors all day. There was locker rental service with a huge locker, so we were able to store our belongings when we headed to the beach after checkout.

The room was small and very basic; which has its own charm but ultimately could be uncomfortable if you are more used to bigger rooms. The rooms can be renovated to a more updated style, though this is just a stylistic preference; the room and furnishings were clean and working well.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided toiletries and clean towels. Complimentary drinks inside the hotel room fridge. Location is easily accessible from the ferry terminal (2-3mins walk). It’s also just about a minute walk to the beach.

Weak wifi signal but phone reception is good. Hard to find a breakfast place. Found out that the island restaurants open at around lunch time. Ended up having breakfast at Mc Donald’s which is near the ferry terminal.

The room was exactly like the photos, and very clean. If you want to stay overnight for cheung chau, this place is recommended. Had a very cozy stay ! The staff were very polite and welcoming.

Cleanliness and location

Not too problematic but the wall are quite thin that we can hear all the noises from outside. But I was okay with the sound proof.

Comfortable, clean bed and room, equipped with small table/chairs, kettle, mini fridge, tv, working a/c, good shower. Right in town and beach.

It is in a great location and very easy to find. The room was a good size and everything was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

My only small complaint was that the room was quite cold. The weather was chilly outside. There was an air conditioner but it didn't provide any heat. (once under the duvet it was warm)
