Everything! Very tidy. They even have an air filter in the room, the toilet the bed the room alll comfortable i like this hotel. If you purposely wanna visit disneyland and u dont want to stay at disneyland hotel, this is the best hotel you can get because it situated very near to the airport, you can just hop on the marriot shuttle bus to the hotel. And u can get free shuttle bus to the train station from the hotel every 30minutes. Its only take 30-40mins altogether from hotel to disneyland. Very easy. And came back by taxi only 300HKD from disneyland to hotel.

The room was great and the closeness to the airport is one of the biggest advantages. Wi-fi was very good. Staff nice. Unfortunately could not try out the breakfast as was too tired to wake up early.

Downside, no one said that the free airport transfer works only between 5 am and 12 am, meaning if you arrive in between you will need to figure out your way to the hotel and taxis only accept cash - I spent fair amount of time figuring this out - something you don't want to do after a long flight in the middle of the night. And Hong Kong is huge, meaning you will easily walk your weekly steps in a couple of hours.

Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean and comfortable.

Their breakfast wasn’t great. They had plenty of options, beautiful fresh fruit but the cereal was gone off and the bread was stale. Some of the cook items looked like they had been reheated rather than cooked fresh. Not a major disappointment but for a top class hotel I was a little surprised

Breakfast choice was very good and fresh, and there was even a fresh omelette station cooked to order. Fresh warm pancakes and waffles on offer. Great choice of Chinese, continental and American style breakfast. The room was very spacious for Hong Kong. The bed was very comfy!! The room is well equipped with This Works toiletries, toothbrush kit, mouthwash, bathrobe and slippers. Went to Man Ho restaurant for dinner and tried the set menu which was very tasty, with an good range of Cantonese food on display. The service from staff is excellent - if you need something you can call the service centre who will help you with anything

Hotel lobby and bar a bit quiet but perhaps to be expected given the location is very close to the airport Not sure if this is specific to Hong Kong culture but the spa was single sex and the steam room, jacuzzi and and sauna were located in changing rooms. We were hoping to go as a couple but ended up having to solo spa! Swimming pool is mixed sex

The hotel itself is exceptionally comfortable, with friendly and attentive staff, and the breakfast spread offers a wide variety of delicious options. The pool area is outstanding, adding to the overall relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

I booked the private transfer, but it wasn’t worth the cost, as there was no meet-and-greet service at the airport. The free shuttle turned out to be a more convenient option. Additionally, the hot tub was unfortunately out of service, which was disappointing as it looked quite nice. While the staff were friendly and eager to help, there were occasional language barriers with English. Overall, some areas could use improvement.

The room was great and it had a humidifier, which was a nice surprice. We used the shuttle bus from the airport and arrived at the hotel with no issue. The Mariott Counter at #B05 was of great help! The bus departs every 30 min. The check-in and check-out process was fast and the staff was very lovely. We received more water and slippers since we were four that stayed in one room. I had free breakfast with our booking and there was a variety of food you can choose from (buffet); both western and chinese. You will definitely find something you like.

Didn't have many places to charge your electronics.

The hotel receptionist was very pleasant and efficient. Easy check in, and check out. The carpet in the floor was a bit thick that made rolling a suitcase a bit hard. The room was perfect, clean, highly maintained, temperature control, lots of electricity sockets, cable TV, and room service was swift and on time. The hotel coach was very helpful (if you know how to find its location. Instructions given on this matter were not the clearest nor helpful).

The instructions on how to find the hotel coach at the airport could be better, as we spent over 15 minutes to find out its location. No clear instructions and map were provided. Also the bedroom could do with a bit more general lighting, as it was a bit dark for me to pack up with the lighting in the room.

Excellent location at airport with free shuttle bus provided. Staff were all exceptionally helpful. English spoken. Great choice of restaurants or just a coffee bar. Relaxing areas just to sit in. We had 2 double beds and really appreciated them after long flight and little sleep. Tea coffee making facilities. Mini fridge. Clean. Great shower. All excellent and highly recommended.

Maybe lighting not so bright to read at night time but that’s just being picky compared to everything else they do.

Room was spacious more than my expectation. Location, esp. the road work, hard to find the way, was not so convenient but compromised by shuttle bus service provided. Breakfast was good with enough choices, staff were friendly and helpful.

In my room, only one bath rope was provided and the size was too small, rubbish bin in toilet was not up to standard. Tea area is too small, no milk for tea, tea is not good grade not matching hotel standard, could have coffee machine.

Perfect location for transit or who want to stay near HK airport. Shuttle bus service is very convenient. The facilities inside the hotel is also very good with all amenities available inside the hotel. Asian Expo center is also like 2 mins walking distance away from hotel and so any business trip can also be perfect at this hotel. Plus, the hotel also have Board Meeting rooms, conference rooms which the guests can use which I felt was something beyond my expectations.

Nothing that I didn't like but may be a spa and something of a kind of roof terrace restaurant would have been fantastic. Eating dinner in the evening watching HK skyline and sunset would be a dream at this hotel
