Located in Yau Ma Tei, at the very center of Kowloon touristic area, the place has access to many shops and restaurants all around, perfectly connected to MRT. The place is safe and offers a service apartment with daily cleaning. Ait conditioning and wifi are working, the space available is satisfactory (considering the prices went up now after borders reopening). Small cooking is feasible, boiler and TV available.

One main provision : you hear your neighbor (both talks and shower) so in return your neighbor can hear you ...

The location is good. A short walk to the MTR exit C and airport bus A21 bus stop. Within walking distance to temple street night market (5 min) and ladies market (15 min). Staff are friendly. Good for family of 4.

The beds were small. For a two bedroom suite for 4 pax, I would expect at least two queen size beds. There were only 1 queen size bed and 1 super-single bed. Room service was not of acceptable standard. The floor wasn't properly swept/vacuum and the dishes were not washed.

Amazing location with great nearby shops and restaurants!! Kind and friendly service by the hosts. Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for two. Necessities are provided, towels and sheets were clean. Water, coffee and tea provided in the common room was convenient. AC worked well, and the small kitchenette was handy.

The water didn't seem to evaporate fast enough in the bathroom , there was a bit of a smell but leaving the fan on helped. The toilet flushing was weak, we sometimes had to flush twice. Our room did not have heating so when the outside temperature dropped around 17 or below, it was rather cold to sleep.

Facility is within walking distance of MTR and conveniently linked to places of interest in HK

Location is great as only minutes away from MTR. Close to main shopping streets. We were on the top 12th floor and heard no sounds from any other residents. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower was powerful and always had hot water.

The property is quite dated and could do with a spruce up but it’s clean and everything that was in the apartment worked. We were having breakfast in the apartment every morning before going out for the day, so for us it would have been nice to have a toaster and also a small kitchen knife to be able to slice things.

Benny was so great and hospitable, even giving us candy on arrival. The cleaner was super lovely too. They both gave us recommendations which were awesome. The apartment is a street over from Nathan road, a main road, so close to everything but not noisy. It's also a short walk to the underground train station making get around super easy. The facilities are a bit dated and run down but what can you expect in the old town. It is quite expensive but it's Hong Kong, everywhere is expensive.

A great bed, good shower,okay kitchen, lounge with good TV. Location to metro, supermarket, laundry and restaurants exceptional. Ease to Central station on HK Island simple. The staff were friendly, helpful and assisted in any way they could. Highly recommended.

For a Westerner, the apartment is drab. Paint a feature wall terracotta, change the lounge lampshade (ours was ripped and looked awful). Add a 5cm border to the outside of the curtains in terracotta and add matching curtains. Put glasses in the apartment as well as a few extra bowls and plates. Another saucepan. Westerners actually cook and when they go to an apartment expect to cook now and again.

Like the spacious unit.

No chair, only a couch. Bed mattress needs replaced, sinks on the edge of the bedside. No dish rack. Sitting room light is too dim.

In the photos everything looked a little fresher, but I think it’s still a cute little apartment with a tasteful interior and quite a bit of space for Hong Kong. Felt great to have a room like that to myself with the option to have a kitchen for a coffe and a little breakfast for the start into the day. The staff were all very friendly helpful, for example it was pretty cold in the room and no heating, so they provided me one of those little ventilated heating devices. Everything seemed very safe, clean and well organized. Yau Ma Tei Metro station is really close by as well as numerous bus lines (including the airport bus). Not in downtown Hong Kong which has it’s pros and cons, but all in all a great starting point to get everywhere and quite a few interesting places to go within walking distance. Although being so centrally situated, the location in a side street made it surprisingly quiet at night.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a microwave and a few other basic things, but rarely enough to actually use it. For example there are two butter knifes but no sharp knife to cut anything. Also no drain, no bowls (only two flat plates)… I basically used for instant coffe and sandwiches and even that required my own swiss army knife. Had that been a little better I would have probably rated it a 10. Rather pricey but I guess that’s just Hong Kong.

Customer Service was exceptional. The front desk rep and housekeeper were very kind. They advise local restaurants and places to visit. They also helped us called Taxi and tell the Taxi driver where to drop us off. Room were very spacious, comfortable, and close to Temple Street. Very convenient locations.

The hotel name was hard to find when we first got there due to some letters on the sign did not lit.
