Pretty much everything. The rooms are always super clean along with the amenities, breakfast is pretty delicious and good selection, the pools and hot tub are amazing, the staff is incredibly friendly, they accommodated to my needs easily such as my service kitties. Overall this place is very nice and I will continue to book here. I have never once had any issues.

Some of the people that stay here can be incredibly rude and I have seen a few very young children left unattended at the pool and hot tub.

We enjoyed our stay the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was very good too, we were able to find everything we would want in a breakfast. We liked that the Inn was pet friendly because we were travelling with a small dog. We appriciated the well-lit parking area because we felt safe when taking the dog to the designated pet area at night.

The only issue we had was that there is a small gap in the entrance door and there was a man sitting in a chair outside our room smoking a cigar. The smell of the cigar got in our room. Thank goodness he didn't stay out long.

The breakfast was very good. The location was close to Old Sturbridge Village which was the main thing we wanted to see there. The value was good for the price. The room was comfortable. The heading/cooling system was very good.

The bathroom was adequate, but the toilet was very low. My wife commented on this on our way out and she was told that they are aware of the problem, and that they had plans to remodel in the next year.

Is peaceful, good location. I like the option of the 2 pools.

The same breakfast every day! And this was my fourth time visiting the hotel and the hot tube is still broken. But why I didn’t like was the sign they put in telling the guest that the piece that was broken they can’t find it on Amazon, that was kind of sarcastic. The truth is that the hot tube is been couple years broken. The staff this time wasn’t that nice like the one prior

The location was right off the highway. There is a gas station and convenience store directly in front of the hotel - making it super easy to fill up and get right back on the road the next morning.

There weren't a lot of eating options close by. There is a Cracker Barrel in the same parking lot but eh, I'm not a fan of CB. If you drove a long way to get to the hotel, you may want to just order and get food delivered.

Finally a poll that was in working condition. However the outside poll was not working. The hot tub was worth it too.

They should leave like a swifter or dirty devil or something to sweep the floor it gets dirty fast. Also a door mat would help trap the initial dirt on your shoes helping to help the floor cleaner.

it was too much money for the tiny room we got and very uncomfortable beds. always the free breakfast was decent but wasn’t kept stocked

Friendly Staff at Check In , clean Comfortable Room , Nice ( Hot ) Hot Tub ❤️, Excellent Breakfast Options ( Enjoyed a good Sit Down Meal un rushed )

My Wife and I woke up early to get a early Breakfast , tried to have a nap before check out, heard doors Shutting repeatedly , couldn’t go down for the Nap

This location was a perfect stop for our family as we traveled from Maine to Long Island, then back to Maine. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of 5, and we particularly enjoyed the room's pull out couch area to accommodate our larger group. The pool was wonderful, and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a hotel setting. All of the staff was friendly and the room, lobby, kitchen and grounds were all well kept, clean and nicely decorated. The location is easy to find for travelers. We have already made a reservation to be back! Thanks for a great experience.

We have zero complaints.

The surrounding area was very very beautiful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was delicious! And it was conveniently located to Woodstock, CT. We look forward to staying there in the future

Wish it had plastic lining inside the shower curtains.
