Close proximity to the airport.

I walked in with a reservation from booking.com. The agent at the desk told me that my reservation was for twin size beds and that they did not have any twin sides bedrooms available. He said they had full-size bedrooms available. He sold me a brand new reservation For a room with full-size beds. I later found out that my original reservation was for full-size beds, and that this place doesn’t even have twin size beds, as most hotels do not have twin size beds. I was left with they already paid for a reservation from booking.com and then a nonsense in person reservation from the person who told me that I needed to get a new one for full-size beds. The issue was resolved, but I still had to deal with this for over a week to get my money back.

The price was a good value. The size of the room was good, it had a couch with a pullout that worked very well. The facility was decent and the location was right off the highway and easy to get to. The staff was nice and worked with us when our flight go cancelled.

The front desk had to be called every time we needed something which took between 5-15 minutes. This included at 3pm at check-in time. The lobby also was pretty warm which made the wait worse. It is an extended stay so that may be typical. Our key cards were deactivated midway through a 2-night stay. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Upon my arrival I was assigned a smoking room but thought I had requested a non smoking room. Since I reserved through a third party there was nothing they could do. A few minutes later they pulled a rabbit out of their hat and gave me another room. I like the cleanliness of the rooms, there's no carpet and the property is maintained to a high level in regards to paint and repairs and furnishings.

I didn't like the noise from the highway. The property is right next to the highway and if you get a front facing room, all you will hear was road noise..... All night. Also there's no curtains just blinds. The hotel should invest in room darkening curtains to darken the front facing rooms and hopefully drown out some highway noise.

Elevator stopped working. The laundry facilities were ok the washers smelled one big washer wasnt working . I wish there was a stove in it but otherwise it was affordable.

Comfortable bed,spacious room.kitchenette great.

Bed pillow was dirty,elevators could use a little more cleaning...my key was deactivated and I had to have reactivate,a little annoyed.

Very nice, clean.

Front desk took forever to come out had 4 people waiting including me, never answered the phone. Just in the back room so was ignoring the customers

Jasmin was a great manager.

Guest laundry room is a no go. Left my clothes dirtier then I took them

I like that you can get clean towels and linens when ever you want.

I don’t like that I have to pack all my belongings and food for them to spray for bugs.
