At the front desk, there was a very friendly and hospitable young lady named Nancy who was a new employee in training, but her mentor, Valeria was not so friendly and seemed unwilling to mind me or share any information. Nancy was quick to give me a list of her favorite restaurants. I'll give Valeria the benefit of the doubt that maybe she had a bad day or personal issues. Thank you, Nancy. I called the hotel directly and gave April this same feedback.

Last night, my mother and I had a spawn of the moment to stay here, we are from the valley but we just decided to stay here for the night. This is a very nice and relaxing hotel, the breakfast was good, they had so many choices, and the rooms were so spacious! The bathroom was nice too, and all in all service and staff were friendly and kind! Thank you so much, I am glad I decided to become a Hilton rewards member. Thank you again!!

We just spend one night there and we loved the room, it was big, comfy, clean, exactly what we wanted/needed; unfortunately we didn't eat the free breakfast but it looked so good; the reception/dinning room where so clean and tidy and the staff, so nice; we will totally stay with you again. Thank you for your great service.

Such a nice and clean property. A few things in our room were eh. But, nothing horrible.

The pool wasn’t heated lol jk It was March and the weather isn’t right for pool or beach just yet.

The kitchen in room, breakfast?? Ok ,but, you don't heat flour tortillas in microwave, other than that, everything else was great 👍

That our ceiling fan light would turn on by itself 4 times while we slept. The remote was in the table so no one was touching it nor had rolled over it. And we had our fan on but woke up hot because the fan was now turned off.

Need a curtain or something to block of light from vanity area to keep from disturbing anyone who is still asleep while one person is washing up. Simple curtain would work,
