Employees were nice and helpful. The room was mostly clean except in the bathroom where the previous person left an advertisement sticker stuck to the wall.

I know most hotels do not clean their rooms daily anymore but they usually leave enough towels for a couple days or more. We only had two towels in the room for two people so we had to go up to the front and get more but they were glad to give us more and helpful. I just think that if you're not going to clean the room daily you should leave more than one set of towels.

We didn't have breakfast so I don't know what that was like. It was a little confusing to get to the location the first time because our GPS told us to turn from Ed Carey onto Sesame Street (that name should have been a clue! Hee hee). We couldn't get to the hotel that way because there was a fence across the back. I'm guessing that Sesame Street went through to the access road before the hotel was built and the fence was put there. It would have been nice to be able to get to Sonic without having to drive a long way around.

There is no ice machine in the hotel and our ice maker in the fridge didn't work. Also, the phone in our room didn't work. We didn't know that until we wanted to call the front desk to ask why the fire alarm went off on our floor. It was only on for about 30 seconds, but was loud and scary. We had to go down to the front desk to ask about it. It was some sort of test, only on the 3rd floor?

Great location, large size rooms.

Additional towels in the room would be helpful since the rooms are only cleaned/attended to if you stay several days. If you need additional towels you need to trade your used towels at the front desk for clean towels, which is strange to do in front of complete strangers. Plus it is not the most sanitary process from an infection control perspective.

Very easy to find, and to get around the building, easy access to the gym, and the washer and dryer facility.

I did not like that the rooms were too hot. I had to go buy a fan. I also didn't like that. The hallway smelled bad. My family came to see me. They asked me what that smell was. They said it smelled like old mold.

The front desk was great. Very friendly and kind. She gave a pan to use since I was miss a few in my room. The elevator was working this time.

The fridge took a while to cool. The pool had a green color to it. The hotel is a in a weird location. There is only one way in and one way out. A few pans was miss in my room. Lobbies snacks and sodas was little to none. There was not even water in lobbies cooler the whole stay.

Quick and easy check in. No issues with access. Room request instructions were followed to be away from elevators.

Toilet would not flush. Had to connect chain to flush actuator. Hot water was plumbed to the toilet tank. Office chair was at end of life. Did not use it. See pic

Convenient

There were too many other people's hair on the bathtub and restroom, and the shower curtain smelled damp. And only one bath towel was available. The rep said to bring it down so they could wash them. That has never happened in our stay at hotels.

The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. Helped with the one issue of another guest smoking Marijuana in the building. I really enjoyed that we got to borrow board games while we were relaxing.

Not a problem with the hotel, but another guest there smoking Marijuana. I informed staff. It was hard to pinpoint until house keeping could go in. I found the guest that was doing this in the parking lot smoking Marijuana and they took care of it.

Very nice room, clean, comfortable bed, helpful desk clerk.

The lavatory faucet wasn't working properly...very little water would come out of it. It wasn't that big of a deal but it should be fixed.

The one bed room suite. Wow. Very nice, spacious and very big bed.! Free laundry room. Very big gym and acceptable pool. They have appliances you can’t bowrrow. Blenders and what not, heck even board games.

I love everything about this place. My new go to!
