Great location & very helpful/friendly staff.

Nothing really except I came home one evening to find sugar ants on my bed and on the sheets. The manager came up right away and sprayed & took the bedspread and pillow. He offered to give us a different room but I didn’t want to move all our stuff since we only had 2 more nights.

Maybe a fan in the bathroom Adding more items to the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t band bust more choices would be nice.

Great location. Travel for work and was able to get everywhere very easily. Room was clean (they do have housekeepers clean your room every other day so that was not as great - but it was just me so it was okay). Breakfast was good, they had variety.

Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean.

We used the washing machine. It didn’t completely spin our clothes. We had to wring all of our clothes out before we put them in the dryer. We couldn’t do a great job like the washing machine should have done. But we did our best. It took 3 times using the dryer to dry most of our clothes. We couldn’t do it any more, we were already going on almost 4 hours of doing one load. I did tell the desk person about it in the morning. I guess when a hotel says they have a laundry for your use, you should expect it to be working.

telephone wasn’t connected. couldn’t call the front desk to ask questions. had to use my cell phone. bathroom latch wasn’t aligned correctly. couldn’t properly lock bathroom door because of it. other than that, was fine room.

The hotel was great. Breakfast was good. Room was fantastic. Fantastic.

There was construction happening, so the main common areas were not as great because of it other than that we had no problems

Checked in online & the only available rooms with 2 beds were on 2nd floor. I mentioned it to the receptionist & he noticed my husband was on oxygen. He said let me check something & switched us to a suite on the first floor. We were meeting up with some other people for a week long trip & the manager let us park our car there until we returned 7 days later. Outstanding customer service.

Had plenty of towels. Was under renovations but for good reason. I enjoyed my stay.

Wish there was a protien option for breakfast besides the sausage gravy

Our shower and sink drains drained really slowly. We all took showers standing in a pool of water. It was pretty gross.

Very clean and good location and wonderful view back of the building.

Ford not have a restaurant. I had to use Quality Inn restaurant.
