Very small lift, one person, one bag. It was welcome as I’ve had no lift on this trip already to higher floors in other accommodations. The shower was inside a very short bath, I’ve never figured how to use it. But, the shower worked which is the important bit after a long walk

Staff was extremely friendly and there is a bar and restaurant attached to property. Room was small but adequate and bed was comfortable.

Shower situation was awkward. No hand soap at sink but it was attached to shower wall. Very small bathroom. No towel racks. Could barely climb into shower and no hand rails and tub is slippery. Did not like the shower area!

shower was weird and got water everywhere but staff gave me extra towels so that was good. doorknob fell off bathroom and one electrical outlet near the bed did not work. despite these items it was quiet and beds were comfortable enough.

Although the hotel's facilities are not good enough: the elevator is too small, there is no hand sanitizer, and you have to go to the street to do laundry... But the host family is very enthusiastic, and the old couple can speak excellent English.

Great location - walking distance to everything in Melide. Staff were OK. Room was a bit dated but clean and tidy and perfectly acceptable

Shower bracket was broken so I had to 'hose myself down' but not a major issue for one night.

We had a spacious room, staff was great, cafe and bar good food, central location.

Dated fixtures, some in need of repair, tiny elevator.

Nice, very helpful staff in bar, hotel, and restaurant. Room is a very good value: spacious, clean, comfortable. Who cares if the decor is dated? Not me! Superb, home style menu del día for only 11 euros. Probably the best menú del día value on the whole Camino francés.I will be returning here to sleep and eat!!

Lovely homely hotel. Very comfortable room and given the quite low temperatures for June we were thrilled with the heated bedroom. The woman who served us in the bar had excellent english as she worked in London in the seventies. Staff were lovely. We had a great nights sleep which set us up for our onward camino journey. A light breakfast was also available in the bar before we left next morning which is always welcome.

Super friendly staff and best waiter - Alfonso ! Thank you for the super great service. We willl.not forget it. The room for 3 was huge and perfect for camino pilgrims.
