Everything! Great central location right on the Camino with a delicious Italian restaurant a few doors down for dinner and a farmacia down the street. It was so nice to have laundry facilities downstairs - two washers and two dryers for €4 each including laundry soap and each cycle took about 20 minutes which was great because there were a lot of pilgrims lined up to do laundry! Gorgeous room with dual aspect windows facing the tree-lined square and the roundabout. Lovely soft pillows and luxurious bedding and a very comfortable queen bed. I had a wonderful sleep. Also air conditioning which was perfect as there was a heat wave.

The receptionist : incredible . He said our reservation was not there : the account belongs to the travel agent but the rooms were in our names , we had the reservation number , the online check in had been made . The agent spent hours in the morning clearing this with the office staff and yet the receptionist , speaking vweerg slowly and playing veeeery stupid , had us there for a while saying : Nooo, no reservation . Then as an apology he comped us a bottle of terrible wine - being that the region is famous for good wines he gave us a horrible one . These people should be sent home where they can do no harm

Stayed here while walking the Camino. Great central location across from the park. Clean modern rooms and bathrooms. Great laundry facilities on premises available 24/7. Wonderful staff ! I was sick and Bai (sp) helped me going to the Farmacia and the hospital - treating me with such kindness and care. Also lost my pilgrim credential and Antonio called 2 places for me and found it! Can’t say enough positive things about the team at the front desk - who speak English which was super helpful to me. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Convenient location, with restaurants within 500m. There is a nice friendly churreria next door that serves breakfast from 7 am, and this is convenient for anyone who wants an early morning start on the Camino. Having an in-house laundromat is also convenient. A coffee machine in the room with coffee capsules replenished each day was nice. If driving, there is a big public car park about 300-400m away.

Perhaps it was an oversight. There was no electric kettle when we checked in, but we managed to borrow one at reception. Better instructions to guests that the front doors to hotel will be locked at night and hotel front desk is essentially unmanned. Same with instructions on checking out when there is no one at front desk.

Very good interiors, rooms were spacious and beds comfy. They have a basement laundry area where we were able to laze around while waiting for it to dry. Near shops and resraurants. We were so comfy there we wanted to stay longer. Free coffee and tea in the morning!

Nothing I can think of but it was one of the more expensive accommodations we had on this trip.

We booked a room for two twin beds, when we arrived we were given a room with one queen size bed. The management went above and beyond to make this right for us. Luckily, there was a three room suite that was not occupied, so we were moved to the beautiful large suite at no additional cost. It will not always be the case that other rooms are available, but what we experienced in our original room and the upgraded suite, was that the beds were wonderfully comfortable with high end linens. Bathrooms were modern, clean, and appeared to be recently remodeled. Towels were plentiful. Breakfast was included in a well appointed clean breakfast room, and there was a buffet with many options to choose from.

We were very happy to have a comfortable, restful, stay. No complaints.

Excellent front desk and buffet staffing, very obliging. Great town centre location, but mostly quiet (there was a festival this weekend that collected in the town square, but it was not raucas past 9:30 pm). Laundry room was clean, reasonably priced (€8 total, wash & dry per load) and supplied soap.

Nothing. If I had to say something that could be improved, the meals were perfectly decent but not noteworthy.

The location was perfect--on the Camino de Santiago. Our room was comfortable, and had a great view of the little plaza. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a friend, who said that the facilities were good (and included laundry). The laundry price included detergent and the laundry room had baskets for you to carry your clothes. Breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and cheeses. The staff gave us excellent restaurant recommendations for dinner.

One of the dryers wasn't working, so the laundry room got pretty busy.

Clean, modern, spacious room, fluffy robe, HUGE jacuzzi bath, they offered massage services and laundry. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was abundant. Was a luxurious treat on the Camino. One of the best hotels I stayed at along the Camino Francés.

Not really a complaint but the Hotel itself does not have a lot of character - but sometimes you just need a clean, comfortable, well equipped space to rest and this was definitely it.

After last night with noisy and hot room this was a delight. Modern, very clean, spacious and working air conditioning. Staff very friendly and one of the few places with excellent English. Located on the Camino Way. Quiet big room and lovely big bathroom. Had a good breakfast although went out to eat in the evening. Good value for money. Highly recommended.
